First of all very pleased that it was possible to buy what was on display on the website! Very good communication before and during the buy. I had a few questions which where sorted out swiftly. Transportation of the bike was safe.

Very good value on an outstanding product. Delivery was slightly slower than expected, but I'm sure that's partly due to supply chain issues. They were responsive, helpful and communicative with regards to the delivery of the package. And I'm very happy with the product itself now that I have, and Ortlieb 110 duffel bag—amazing!

Couldn’t return the shoes because the shipment was as expensive as the shoes themselves - asked for a label from the company but they said they couldn’t do anything

I had a wonderful experience with Ciclimattio. I corresponded with Alessandro and Andrea during my initial inquiries and they always provided me with helpful responses within 1 business day. Once I paid for the bike, they promptly packed and shipped it the very next day.

The bike arrived to the US in a secure box, and in perfect condition. It came pre-assembled and I only had to attach the handlebars and rear derailleur. The courier service was slightly delayed, delivering the bike 10 days after the expected delivery, but this is an issue with DHL and not Ciclimattio.

Overall, I am very pleased with Ciclimattio’s team, their selection of competitively priced bikes and components, and their quick delivery. I would gladly do business with them again.

Ordered this on a Monday after confirming the frame size required. It arrived 8 days later in Australia. No tracking provided, but this wasn't really an issue. Very well packaged. Relatively easy to assemble. Bike rides very nicely. Highly recommended company to deal with.

As always, a seamless purchase. Veery arrived as expected.

Very good packed, but frame paint damage. Chain was stucked between frame and crankset and damaged paint there as well. It was not clear that derailleur has to be assambled. Wheels are not turning free and stopping after 5 rounds. Thats not normal for a Radbike and not useful for one. Bought components look like a complete bike, but in the end everything has to be assembled and adjusted. Next workshop visit creates more costs.
