Are these reviews even real??
There is absolutely no way the reviews on here are genuine. This company used to have an extremely low rating and now they’re on 4 stars??? All the positive reviews are from 1-review profiles, something’s not right.
Circuit machines are extremely unreliable, the app barely works, the laundry room floods very often, the machines are dirty and have black gunk all over them, clothes are often not properly washed despite following the instructions.
And the dryers…oh my god. Half the dryers don’t even do anything, clothes still come out wet after a full drying cycle, on a good day they will be damp not wet (hooray) but they refuse to give you a refund despite the fact that you paid for nothing basically. A lot of students are having to air dry their clothes in halls despite that apparently being against the accommodation contract. The uni doesn’t care and neither does Circuit.

Anything positive about this company is fake
Don’t believe the mirage of fake reviews that litter this profile. Circuit laundry is an evil company that target students and charges extortionate rates for possibly the worst washing machines I’ve ever used in my life. Somehow every issue with the machines comes down to “overloading”. If you follow their guidance on how to fill a machine you’ll be paying upwards of £10 to wash a single set of bed sheets, which really is great way for them to shove more money in their greedy pockets.
These people should be ashamed of themselves and the service they provide.

They refused to send someone out to fix…
They refused to send someone out to fix the dryers even though they were told there are issues with them. Plus it took 20 minutes for a text conversation that could have taken 5. It took them at least 5 minutes to respond to each text I sent. Worst customer service ever. I hate their machines and their system as a whole. They don’t take care of their laundry machines and it’s the customers who pay the price. I think I once did 3-4 cycles on the dryer just to get my clothes dry. THAT IS NOT NORMAL. Why does it take literally all day to do laundry. It once took me from 8am to 3pm to do two loads of laundry. It is horrible!

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. Expensive and completely unreliable. I have moved into university student accommodation and I have a problem with the app and payment services EVERY SINGLE TIME without fail. I am so sick of it. I have called numerous times and nothing ever seems to change. I cannot wait until I have another option to do my laundry, avoid circuit laundry at all costs! Go to a laundrette if you can.
