CityFibre cable installation caused damage to driveway.
When the contractor laid the CityFibre cable, the installation was next to the existing County Broadband system (Neither of which I intend to use as I am connected to fibre broadband delivered via an overhead cable).
The CityFibre installation also breached the County Broadband installation leaving a gaping hole in the pavement (photo attached). I require CityFibre to repair the pavement to avoid injury.

Excellent piece of work start to finish. The engineers went along with my suggestions for the cable route, some of which was quite demanding, but they were highly agreeable despite the extra time and work needed. Nice couple of guys who put a lot of finishing touches to the job e.g. cementing in a little gully with a tidy job. All so much better than my horrific Virgin experience!
