A great place to look at your collectables in person. They have everything! It is a fun place to walk around and examine the quality and looks of all the great things you can buy. They have it organized so you can look without getting dizzy. It is also fun finding new products. The staff is very helpful and personable. I have also shopped online and things are shipped and delivered promptly.

I love this store! I've learned to leave hubby at home. No more "Let's go" looks or "How much is that?" queries. :) This store is amazing and so much fun - just upon entering I feel like a kid again. Beautiful displays, especially during the holidays and I would guess thousands of figurines and holiday related products. They also have an excellent lay-away plan that I've used several times. With all that being said, best of all is their excellent customer service. Probably the friendliest most helpful staff I've encountered. Even when it's packed during the holidays I've never met a grumpy employee. 5* store & 5* employees!

Have always ordered on line. Great selection. Shipment is prompt with no problems. Prices are fair. This is an annual go to company for Christmas Gifts.

I have ordered all of my holiday creations from City Lights Collectibles and have never been disappointed with anything. They have great prices and excellent service. With so many artists work to choose from it makes it hard to make a selection. I would recommend City Lights Collectibles to anyone and actually have done so.

I have bought numerous items from City Lights. Being in Canada, I still ordered repeatedly despite the duties I had to pay to the Canadian government and the exchange rate I had to take into account in the final cost.

My last order came in and one Department 56 house arrived in good condition but the sleeve around it made me doubt if I was the 1st owner. It was disgusting, Yellow stains everywhere, probably from water damage. I inquired and essentially was told that the product itself had been carefully inspected. I replied that if I had wanted a used product, I would have bought it from Replacements and paid half the cost. I had items in my wish list, which I removed, and decided I would never buy from City Lights again. I have issues with lack of transparency and my decision stands.

The staff there has always been prompt to greet me and very helpful staying with me until finding the merchandise I was looking for.
I appreciate that.

Great selection of some really hard to find items. Always pleased with the quality and the pricing is pretty fair. items are always packaged safely and delivery is pretty quick.

I placed an order over the phone and found the person who took my order to be very friendly and knowledgeable. My order was shipped out quickly and arrived in great condition. I will definitely order from City Light Collectibles again!

Nothing negative about this experience from the easy to navigate website to the speedy delivery. The package arrived four or five days after my purchase date and the contents were secured with a good amount of packaging to prevent damage. I would recommend this product site to others and will not hesitate to use them again.

I purchase a Jim Shore heartwood figurine just beautiful. They post promptly and postage was reasonable for such a large item. This was my second time buying from here so I'm more than happy to come back.

I had heard about City Lights before moving to San Diego and I've never experienced such a comprehensive collection of holiday goodies anywhere. The staff is exceptional, knowledgeable and if you can't find what your looking for they will. I've been a loyal customer now since 2010 and look forward to just stopping by for a visit throughout the year.

I want to rate my experience a 5 star because I was excited to come and see all the wonderful Christmas decorations, but when I came home I discovered one of the ornaments I purchased for around $50.00 had a piece almost broken off (it was dangling). I used super glue to repair it, which worked great; however, if I am going to purchase an ornament at that price on top of the rest of my purchases, which totaled well over $100.00 I want to make sure nothing is broken. I think the merchandise needs to be handled delicately and checked before bringing that item up to the front where the cashiers are located where customers pay for their items.

I have purchased many items from City Lights either by online or at the store. I have never been disappointed with the merchandise that they have. Staff are excellent and always pleasant. They always have what I'm looking for!

I have ordered a number of Mark Roberts items through City Lights Collectibles. On my first order, there was a question regarding my order on an item that was a future incoming item. City Lights was outstanding. They placed a telephone call to me to make sure I understood that the items would not be shipped together and to find out whether I still wanted to purchase it. It was a personal touch that I was very impressed with. Since then, I knew I was dealing with a great company who cared about their customers. The items were great.
