There is so much great stuff to look at that it takes a while to see everything. There are lots of different artists products and at times can attend artist signings and meet the artists. There's an annual open house. There's a nice Halloween room and Christmas tree room. The display Christmas trees are decorated beautifully. The employees are very friendly and helpful. If they don't have a product for an artist, they will try to order it for you. Very positive, relaxing, enjoyable experience.

I was a first-time customer and I will definitely be back.

I have ordered several Department 56 buildings from City Lights and have always had good service and the packages arrive in good shape. I like when there is an artist signing and I can get a building signed and also like the "free" offers when they are available. My only complaint about the website is that I have a hard time finding the replacement bulbs for the buildings on the website. It would be nice if a link where available when the description describes the replacement bulbs and cords. That would make it a lot easier to order the bulbs and cords.

They shipped exactly what I ordered in a timely fashion for a good price. I had no reason to contact them. Exactly what you want in an online transaction.

Looked for a artificial Barcana tree after having to get rid of our original one after 20+ years. They look so real that we wanted another one. City Lights shipped our order almost immediately after order and we received very quickly. Great customer service.

City Lights has a great selection of Pipka Santas. I have ordered some large pieces, they arrive quickly and are packed wonderfully. I would highly recommend City Lights.

I've shopped casually at City Lights and with a savvy collectibles shopper. While I'm not as sophisticated a shopper of that genre as she, was told that the selection, pricing and knowledgeable staff were to be commended -- my friend shops frequently at stores very similar to City Lights on the East Coast and Canada and said by that City Lights was far superior.

I, on the other hand, love to browse and meander through the store waiting for inspiration to hit -- usually just around the corner! andhave never been disappointed!

Everyone has been very helpful. When I had a problem it was corrected in a timely fashion.

It was really difficult to find the store during a rainy evening. When we did, it was an adventure. There were tons of decorated trees and various ornaments everywhere and it took over an hour just to walk through to get an idea of choices available. Things were organized in themes Nd rooms which made it easier to find things again. A map would have helped though. I enjoyed the Christmas spirit and found several things I liked.

This place has everything! The best part is the helpful staff, especially Elizabeth. You will not be disappointed with any of your purchases here! Buy with confidence. I can't wait for my next visit!!

We bought a pre-lit Barcana Christmas tree that had a number of lights go out a few weeks before the warranty expired. They told us to bring in the whole tree, not just the branches that had dead lights. They went through it top to bottom and fixed all of the dead spots. Best part was it didn't cost a dime! Nice!

I purchase 7 Mark Roberts Christmas Fairies for my family each year. The prices are the best and the quality is good. They have never let me down.

I have purchased from city lights collectibles several times now and nothing states a great experience better than repeat business. In my area, not many places carry dept. 56 villages anymore. I can always come to city lights and see what's new and can usually purchase with a preorder. The items ship as soon as they are available ( probably faster than I can get to the store) . They arrive well packaged as well. All I can say is I'm a big fan and hope they continue with quality service..
