Top delivery
So today i had the pleasure of taking delivery of a number of wooden posts for the garden to be turned into a pergola. Pete the delivery gentleman was a delightful chap, beaming with character and full of joy.
His experience shone through as he reversed his wagon onto the driveway, then quickly and efficiently emptied the contents of his van into my garage.
I cant reccomend courier NH53 any higher........what a man........what a delivery 5 🌟

Formal Complaint – Failure to Deliver Overnight Service
I would not recommend this company based on my recent experience.
I paid in excess of £700 for an overnight delivery service for multiple parcels. Unfortunately, not all of the parcels arrived at their intended destination. Three parcels were incorrectly delivered to other warehouses, and one parcel remains unaccounted for more than 48 hours after the guaranteed delivery date and time.
What is particularly disappointing is the apparent lack of urgency demonstrated by the customer support teams in resolving the issue. Despite repeated contact, there has been little evidence of proactive action to locate the missing shipment and mitigate the impact caused. Citysprint support teams loose control of items when in warehouses and if subcontracted to other delivery agencies, such as DpD.
As a direct result of these failures, we have incurred significant additional costs, including extending site works and retaining build resources because critical hardware has not been delivered as scheduled. The delays have already cost us dearly in terms of monetary value and has had impact on our delivery programme.
Paying a premium for an overnight service should provide confidence that deliveries will arrive when promised. Unfortunately, that has not been the case.
