Total waste of time

Total waste of time. They just ask the airline and if the airline does nothing, they do nothing. Just ask the airline yourself rather than pay this "company" (which seems to just be one woman who emails an airline in cases where a customer doesn't bother or isn't aware of their rights).

We do not just ask the airline, we evaluate the case and if it is possible to get a compensation we get this compensation. No matter if out of court or in court. Asking the airline is just a part of the whole recovery process and to find out further circumstances of the flight delay. In some cases we have to lay down the case after contacting the airline because it is not possible to get a compensation (due to legal reasons). Hope my answer could help to clarify. Dr. Ulbrich

Thanks for sharing your details to identify the case: The reason for not being able bring your case to court is a specific legal rule in Spain where the defendant (the airline) can request a notarized and in person hand signed authorization to show that the plaintiff is authorized. For your case we are not able to follow this legal procedure which is required for Spain only because we (and probably you also) are not able to appear in person at the notary. Anyhow you know our judgement of your case and that you probably can get a compensation. This enables you to hire a lawyer directly and probably win your case in court. This is a benefit as losing in court is one of the major pitfalls and would make you responsible to pay for lawyer and court and result in a financial loss if you lose. Hope we could help anyhow.

Claim Flights Comes Thru!

I was cautious at first and the claim took several months from start to finish but ClaimFlights did a great job. Agnieszka was great to deal with and was very quick to respond to my check in emails I sent along the way. I had been denied at least 8 times from the airline on a clear delay where we were due compensation. I picked ClaimFlights thanks to reviews like this, and their lower cost than the competitors. If I have another situation in the future I will not hesitate to use them again and I will be referring my friends and family.

Convenient, honest and reliable service with results

I had an unfortunate flight delay with Ethihad whereby I missed my connecting flight and the first night of my holiday to Japan. When searching the web for 3rd party claim sites I was a bit apprehensive but the direct method through the airline seemed a lot more time consuming. Eventually I came across claimflights.com, which was really excellent. Agnieszka Fanslau, my contact throughout my experience with claimflights.com, was nothing short of reassuring and professional. Any time I had a query or requested an update she came back to me in a timely fashion and was able to provide very accurate timelines. Eventually I got reimbursed a respectable amount considering the impact the delay had on my holiday. Claimflights took a fee which I was more than happy to pay for Agnieszka's diligent work. will absolutely recommend their business to friends and family going forward should they find themselves in the same position, for their convenience and honesty.

It was no doubt a long process as the…

It was no doubt a long process as the company which is liable to pay makes it too slow to respond which delay the process.
To be straight we do claim when we don't get what we paid for when they cant do it on ur journey how can we expect them to respond to these guys but to be frank these guys did the wonderful job i appreciate their dedication and support.

Very competent company

Very competent company, helped quickly, efficiently and without any problems. It took only two weeks from filing the documents for compensation for the cancelled flight to receiving the money and already the money is in the account. My agent was Ms Agnieszka and I thank her very much.

Fast, Fair, and Super Helpful!

I had a delayed flight with Etihad and was clearly eligible for compensation under European Regulation No. 261/2004. However, when I contacted Etihad directly, they rejected my claim.

That’s when I found Claim Flights based on their great reviews—and I’m so glad I did. Their website was easy to use and immediately confirmed that I was eligible for compensation.

A two year wait

Well, it's now been a year since I engaged Claim Flights to retrieve compensation for a flight cancelled when already at the airport (meaning I missed my connecting flight) - I had a five hour wait for the next available flight. I've been told that there will be at least another year to wait. So, two years to get compensation which is legally owed to me?

Successfull reimbursement

This company helped me obtain financial reimbursement for a delayed flight, which I definitely wouldn’t have been able to get on my own. The process was easy, great communication, and it required very little time on my part. Another great thing is that you don’t pay anything upfront—they only take a percentage if they successfully secure your reimbursement.

I had a flight cancellation from London to Calgary, Canada…

I had a flight cancellation from London, UK to Calgary, Canada in Nov, 2024. The airline rescheduled me for 2 days later, which was a big inconvenience. At Heathrow, the airline staff told me to use a service to help me get compensation. I had never done this before, and was a bit nervous about sending a company I didn't know my passport information, flight info, etc. But my worry was unnecessary, as Claim Flights did a fantastic job. It was a very simple process, and Claims Flight was great at keeping me informed every step of the way. My legal advisor, Agnieszka Fanslau, answered my questions and emails almost immediately. She informed me that the particular airline took a bit longer to her compensation from, but in the end, I received approximately 450 Euros in compensation. I was thrilled! I would highly recommend using Claims Flight.

It was very easy process

It was very easy process. Agnieszka Fanslaw was my Legal Expert. I have her the necessary documents. I was missing my ticket, but she went ahead filed the papers with the other information I had. And that’s all I had to do. Without Ms. Fanslaw help, I wouldn’t have gotten the compensation stated by the law. It was a lot more than I expected to receive. I tried to do it on my own prior my

I had a fantastic experience with Agnieszka, even though the process took about four months, and I had nearly lost hope of receiving any compensation for my delayed flight. But out of the blue, I got an email saying my claim was settled—so yes, you can definitely trust it!

Don't use this company it's the pits…

This company said it would get compensation for 10 hr delay, no offer of food or drink within that time, March 2024 stuck in Dublin airport, after 6 months received a email saying that no compensation offer from aer lingus was being paid. So there claim that they would get compensation did not come to fruission. Since then members of my family said I should have contacted a we r lingus myself and probably have been paid. I have learned by my mistake. Remove this if you like but trust pilot will never get a comment again from me.

Do your research

As others have mentioned, they are very shady and not transparent. After half year, I am still waiting for my compensation. They are not reachable through phone or whatsapp, only email. Of course whenever you write them they either ignore you or telling you that it is in progress. This is not a legit company.
