A really fun way to deliver surprises excellent experience
Absolutely fantastic experience. Items were ordered online and arrived within a couple of days. My husband loved the fun aspect of the scratch cards, the birthday stickers were perfect and the little extras just lovely. I recommend Clairlyyours.ie without hesitation.

I have to say I'm extremely disappointed with this product
The boarding pass tells the person where and when they are going without it being a surprise. That part should be a scratch out part.
My son read it out before he revealed the destination. How ridiculous is that. Took away the whole surprise and it was such a failure. I'm disgusted.
I ordered some from Temu last year and
they were 100 times better and a fraction of the cost.
I most certainly don't recommend this company

I’m sorry your son’s surprise was spoiled, but this was not caused by a mistake on my side.
After checking your order, the destination was entered twice by you: once in the destination/scratch-off section and again in the personalised message section.
The ticket was printed exactly from the details you submitted. I did not add the destination myself, change anything, or reveal anything that wasn’t provided in your order.
The listing description and product photos explain how the ticket works, and after selling thousands of personalised tickets, this has only happened once before for the same reason.
I understand you’re disappointed, but the ticket was made correctly and exactly as ordered by you.

This is explained clearly in both the listing description and product images.
I've been making these personalised tickets for years and have sold thousands of them. In all that time, this issue has only arisen twice, and both times it was due to the destination being entered into information that is printed on the ticket.
As a sole trader, I personally design, make, print, foil, package and dispatch every order myself. I produce hundreds of personalised items every week and rely on the information submitted by customers when creating their orders to be correct.
Unfortunately, I am not able to contact every customer to check information that has already been entered correctly according to the listing instructions.
I take great pride in my work and every order is made exactly from the details provided. In this case, the ticket was produced correctly from the information submitted with the order.

I'm not arguing with you, Fiona, I'm simply correcting the facts of what happened.
The listing description clearly states that the destination is the hidden reveal, and the product photos show exactly how the ticket looks when received. The ticket is not advertised as a full scratch card, nor has it ever been sold as one.
You entered the destination in the destination section and also included it within the personalised message. The ticket was therefore produced exactly from the information submitted with your order.
As for the price, the ticket costs €9.50 including postage anywhere in Ireland. Each ticket is individually designed, personalised, printed, foiled, checked, packaged and posted by me. They are handmade to order and are not mass-produced.
I completely appreciate that you are unhappy the surprise was spoiled, however that was not caused by an error in production!
