Claravital attempt to scam with payment…

Ordered a pair of crutch medical device on 25/3
1-Claravital claimed visa payment failed
2-Verified to Visa = payment valid and done
3-Since no delivery on 6/4 and today 9/4 no delivery verified with DHL nothing to deliver
4- Claravital send a letter requiring a payment via PayPal or bank transfer( not necessarily since paid by Visa and now debited on my bank account.
Affiliated to etrustshop with the mention it will it be reimbursed, but no decision
5- a registered mail with confirmation of receipt has been send within the 14 days of legal cancellation of an order via internet.
6- don’t trust both nor Claravital nor the “ guaranty from etrustshop.
