I bought on 1.1.24 and immediately realised this may be a scam as comments turned off on TikTok and rushed to Trust Pilot to then confirm my fear
'Anna' immediately told me ( 5 mins after payment on a bank holiday) that my purchase has been dispatched and gave me an order number

I placed my order on 3 January, nearly a month and my order hasn't been received nor a tracking number.
I've spoken 'anna' who fails to acknowledge or address the fact my item I've paid for hasn't been received, the customer service is dreadful. 'anna' keeps stating my order will be with me in a few days but never turns up.
This company is a SCAM, do not but from this scamming company.

‘Sometimes Customs looks hard at some packages that arrive, these can take a few hours or extend to a few days, that's why the product has not arrived yet, but don't worry, we will push USPS to get it to you as soon as possible. We ask for patience and understanding.‘
You can ‘track’ your delivery but it never moves!

Like most people I did not check the reviews before ordering. I agree that this is a SCAM... you are fobbed off with excuses and told to be patient. The first excuse' email - the English was terrible, the 2nd one by Anna - a little more legible ( that's AI for you ) Having ordered my headphones at Christmas time - I am still waiting for them. SO looks like I have lost £34.95... may not be alot of money but it is upsetting. When it's too good to be true , it usually is. Watch out people esp when your social medis is flooded with too good to be true ad's like this !!

Now that I’m reading other people’s reviews, I realised I have also been scammed… Ive had many emails with them and I had enough of there excuses… after reading loads of these reviews… I know it’s not much money £34.95 but times how many people have had the same incident. I have reported the website and company to fraud/scammers and will be attaching this link soo they can see how many people have been targeted!!!
I get some people no longer care but it’s peoples hard working money going to a fake company!!! And this really bothers me… and I just don’t think it fair to do this to people!!!!!!

Do not order headphones from Clasicate. You will not receive them and spend months emailing “Anna” who will reply only to ask you to be patient. She does not address or acknowledge any request for timeframes or for a refund, neither will she provide you any details for her manager or head office. You will receive parrot-like replies and no goods. For this reason, and reading others’ reviews, I am lead to believe this is a scam and urge all to avoid making any purchases.

Ordered on 28/12/23 ask for tracking information in January given this, but hadn’t changed for weeks. Messaged the company they told me to be patient it was in transit. Again the tracking never changed, I asked for the refund two or three times they just said I needed to wait. By this point I had had enough and said please just refund me the money, they said the policy was that it could not be cancelled now as after 12 hrs the item has been dispatched to my delivery address.
Now I am going through the bank to get the money back. Absolute scam please do not purchase anything through this company you won’t get your item.

I ordered headphones and they hav not been dispatched Im quite sure the tracking says in transit be patient, well my patience has wore thin after ordering them weeks ago there are no shipping updates. i emailed and got a 3 step response which didn’t answer any questions then i replied to that email and was told to wait! I have waited and by this point I at least expect the tracking to say it’s moved!

Steer clear fraudulant company
Ordered headphones 3rd Dec as of today 14th Jan this still haven’t arrived. Heard every excuse in the book inc. they take 5-10 days for delivery clearly the customer service aren’t good at working dates out. Have asked for updates and they send the same information I was sent at the beginning of December that shipping info has been “received” please note it doesn’t say parcel received. Have asked for a refund to be told can’t have one until I return the headphones - which I still don’t have. Have reported to my card issuer and to Trading Standards as clearly this company is fraudulent and is obtaining money by deception
Update 01/02/2024 they provided my card issuer with evidence my parcel had been received- it hadn’t and still have not provided me with it so this company are definitely lying thieving crooks. Avoid at all costs

Headphones arrived…

I can say everytime I messaged customer services I had a response saying it was delayed and they would chase this up. 12th December and both head phones have arrived as described. I think a more realistic time frame for delivery should be provided as I think these come from China but for me this was not a scam.
