All I can say is this imaginary lady named Anna is never going to give you your refund. I learnt the hard way!

Should be Zero stars but unable to go any lower. As with other reviewers this is a total scam and will be filing with my bank this week. Fake tracking info provided and a couple of responses from ‘Anna’ saying goods in transit held up in customs. Do Not buy anything from this site!!!

Unfortunately I didn’t check reviews before purchasing! I only looked tonight after waiting 3 weeks for delivery. I’ve had a few emails from Anna stating that the Christmas period has delayed deliveries and if I hadn’t received them in 10 day to get back in touch. I’m not going to bother asking them for a refund after reading the reviews on here, I’m just going to file a claim with my bank on Monday morning. And it’s the last time I’ll buy anything off TikTok 🙄 weirdly, the order is no longer in the history on my TikTok account either!

Found this website through an ad on tiktok. TikTok shop is known to be cheap so I didn’t suspect anything but should’ve done my research as my item never arrived, I was as given fake tracking information and automated emailed responses that have no relation to me queries.

Such a shame people are allowed to get away with this.

Scammers, and bad hackers since ordering I have had multiple spam emails and my Amazon account and email account attempted to be hacked. They target places like TikTok as you would expect them to be verified but obviously not the case. Fake tracking from china but a PO Box in Spain for returns absolutely mental how they delete people’s comments on their paid for ads.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 3 weeks and still no headphones. No customer service, no response to my emails. I ordered x2 headphones for Christmas gifts and haven't received them. What's mostly annoying is that no one is communicating so it feels like I've been robbed. Can't even contact anyone for a refund. DISGUSTING. ROBBERY.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

Do not buy from this company, I made an order on Dec 7th, 2 hours later I decided to cancel it after reading reviews on here and it said you can cancel your order within the first 12 Hours, they ignored my request to cancel.
It stated 5-10 days for delivery and we are now on the 29th December with no refund or items received
They just keep fobbing me off saying they are coming be patient and they can’t refund because I have to send them back for that once they have been recieved
Just keep getting the same rubbish responses
All I can say is if your going to order either way after reading this do it with a payment you are insured on cos chances are you ain’t getting your order.

If I could, I’ll give them a zero. PLEASE DON NOT BUY. items not as described. It looks like a plastic toy that you get at the pound shop. Even when opening the package it looks like item will break as very cheap plastic and looks that it will fall into pieces if you try to wear them. Fell for the 2 for 1 and the adverts. Shame on the influencers allowing them to use their name to back up this product.

I actually did finally receive my items, from the 2 for 1 deal, there are alright nothing special, not really as good as j thought, but they are ok, they do the job

Fake tracking number and no order arrived. Useless customer service who didn’t give a response until I reported the issue to PayPal. Still no items and still no refund, 6 weeks later

Placed an order 2 months ago and never received my items. Keep getting the same automated response to my emails with a tracking number that doesn’t give any information.

I used the Klarna pay 30 days later and I got no email back from them I kept sending them constantly emails and person named Anna kept saying to be patience, I have contacted Klarna regarding about this which they will be investigating as I explained this company is a big scam taking peoples money and not giving us the goods.

Not 1 star, it’s zero SCAMMERS , I’ve placed an order over 20 days ago , no items arrived , the bank payment goes out as “rodrigomartinez” I never got my items never got my money back after asking for a refund several times just to get a reply with a fake tracking number everytime , I have reported them & am now trying to dispute to get my money back! DISGUSTING SCAMMERS

Shocking! Dodgy! Scam! Takes money into ‘rodrigomartinez’ account and then never recieve items! Also had two unknown payments taken from my bank account since!

When contacted by "Anna" regarding tracking numbers it takes me to their website where the order number says order is out for delivery yet tracking number does not work. Got emails from "Anna" again to ask me to be patient with them! What a joke shame on these people who take money from people who work hard because they all they want to do is sit there and take other people's! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS THESE ARE A FRADULENT COMPANY, THEY TOOK THE MONEY TWICE FROM MY ACCOUNT AND NO PARCEL ARRIVED GENERIC AUTO EMAIL WHEN I COMPLAIN.
