It seems this “Rodrigo Martinez” is the front man or owner of the clasicate headphone scam!! As with everyone else, I fell for the 241 headphones. I have reported them and told them of my actions only to be eventually replied to with the “Anna” whom is clearly a fake. Luckily my payment method is protected and I will be getting my money back but DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Saw offer 2 for 1 and obviously fell for the hype.
Before purchasing, I read through the reviews on their website and it was all good reviews so I couldnt think why I wouldnt want to purchase this.

Since then I havent recieved my order nor have I heard any response from my emails.

Also weirdly since then, my amazon app has been tried to get hacked into soooo many times since I placed an order with this company which has never happened to me before when I purchased anything online.

I would AVOID this company at all cost!!!! Just wish I came on to trustpiliot before purchasing from this company.

P.s the only good review on here was from ONE fellow from outside the UK. And my hackers were from outside the UK. VERY dodgy indeed.....

SCAM. Ordered weeks ago and haven’t received anything. Can’t get hold of customer service. Will have to charge back on my bank.

"Anna" the 'owner' sent a bs email supposedly to explain things taking a it longer than usual...but she's COMPLETELY SILENT NOW.
I've requested a refund and ofc nobody has responded.

Ordered three weeks ago, tracking given following day. FAKE tracking number provided.

Emailed 4 times with no response. Got a generic “Black Friday delay” email asking to submit order number which I had done three time.

Requested refund, no reply. 5 star review given by owner of the company on this thread but will not respond to the emails.

This is fraudulent.

No item, tracking doesn't work, giving me the runaround through email and through Paypal. Keep saying the issue is due to black friday - I ordered before Black Friday and was told they had shipped before.
I want my money back but they keep saying they will sort it out and send. IMO They're just trying to stall people so that they can scam more people.

Would out zero stars if I could. Seems this is a scam. Lots of others getting radio silence and no product after ordering

Ordered over two weeks ago now, got a tracking number but doesn’t work. I’ve contacted them twice, I heard back after my first email asking for my order number and nothing since. After reading other reviews I doubt the product will even show up.
