Punctual and diligent, Lawrence and Ricardo impressed with their efficiency and amiable demeanor. After completing their tasks, they thoughtfully vacuumed the area. Previously, it took me thirty minutes to remove a door to accommodate furniture, but they swiftly reattached it with ease. I highly recommend this company to others.

The attendance of this service was "customised" to my
choice = split between two separate visits to facilitate
use of items whilst arranging a flat removal. The good
humour and work ethic of the young staff was admirable. The proximity of the firm itself also helped
insofar that I felt I was supporting a "local" business.
Not the cheapest probably but still value for money.

We had to clear a fairly large, full storage cupboard at short notice and Rufus and the team were responsive and easy to deal with. The team turned up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. So, the whole process was very stress free.

Fantastic service. The charming Rufus answered my enquiry, gave me estimates then booked two men in for a few days later. They arrived on time, were unbelievably polite. They cleared 2 T of rubbish from a garage and attic. Not one roll of the eyes, smiled and were polite and friendly during the entire process. It was a disgusting job completed well. Couldn’t believe what a good job they did. Definitely use them again if I needed.

I had a swift response to request for quote - just Whatsapped a photo of the pile of rubbish. The quote was in line with my expectations and they offered to collect same day. I noted that they have an Environment Agency registration number and dispose of waste ethically, which is very important to me.

This was our second time using Clearance Solutions for an office and once again the whole team were brilliant! Always happy and efficient - super friendly which made me feel at ease .

Rufus and his team were extremely helpful from the initial contact to the clearance of a house and kept us informed at every stage of the process. This was carried out at short notice due to a bereavement, and the place was left spotless. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Lawrence and Ricardo arrived on time, and were unfailingly efficient, hard-working, friendly and polite. They vacuum-cleaned afeterwards, and where I had previously taken half an hour to get a door off its hinges (to make room for furniture to get through) they quickly re-hinged it for me at the end. I would recommend this firm to anyone.

I cannot praise Clearance Solutions enough! Rufus and his team were most sensitive, patient and ultra supportive when engaged to clear my brother’s flat when he died suddenly in tragic circumstances. Not only was their service professional and efficient but they used their initiative to assist with additional matters. That support continued all the way through the legal process. It is encouraging to know that some companies value business ethics, service and the welfare of their clients.

From my very first phone call I felt like they understood the overwhelming situation my family were facing. The onsite team were so friendly, compassionate and worked with me to sort out and throw away and clean up my mums flat. A VERY big thank you.
