Excellent initial meeting with Rufus to check and give a rough valuation of pictures and furniture to the cleared. Great concept of netting modest value against cost of clearances. Clearance on the day punctual polite and quick. Highly recommended.

I had to move an office on my own and I was overwhelmed, to say the least - until the team from clearance solutions arrived. They were the nicest people to deal with and went above and beyond to help me and make the clearance as easy as possible and also fun. I never write reviews - so this is saying something!

Really pleased with the service - it was easy to arrange collection on a weekend and the team who arrived on the day were on time, professional and really quick. I’m on the 3rd floor with no lift and I was worried this would be an issue - but it was all very smooth. Will definitely use again.

I sent emails off to about to over 10 clearance companies with pictures of the garage that needed clearing and a description and within hours got an estimate price for work. No other service provider were this quick or precise. They were also the cheapest option available. With their positive trustpilot score as well i felt confident. Upon ringing them, they were friendly and answered all questions i had. They also had quick availability to get the job done. So I booked them. They turned up for the job and were friendly, cleared what had to be swiftly and were conscious too of how some stuff was kept and were not hasty. They answered any questions i had and i couldn't be happier with the experience. I would highly recommend.

I originally contacted Clearance Solutions when my late brother was alive to help him de-clutter his house as a result of hoarding. Sadly my brother passed away suddenly and we engaged the company to clear his house. This was a sizeable 2 day job and it was completed very professionally. Catherine was especially helpful and sensitive in managing this experience and also Chris (their valuer) who is very knowledgeable and helpful.
