This clearly people are terrible

This clearly people are terrible! At first i ordered glasses and they were all fine.. later i started Odering believing it will be all the same! I ordered 8 pairs in total, piling in my mailbox but never tried most of them..

One day i broke my glass and started trying those glasses, they were never of my power! Either they were low of the power that i ordered or they were high!!

Your technician is an error guy who can’t read simple English! If you read this you can email me back and ask me to donate those 8 glasses that i ordered from you or i am going to check all those glasses for validation in local optometrist tomorrow!!

This person did everything I needed

This person did everything I needed. I explained the situation and they fixed it for me by generating the needed receipt and all pertaining info right away. I was stressed out because I was unable to print my receipt for my benefits provider for a manual claim as they are not available until the order ships which would be weeks. I needed it right away and this service rep made it happen. THANK YOU

Clearly Customer for 5 years now an excellent company

The person I spoke with was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me. My glasses were made wrong and she helped me pick a new frame as the original frames were out of stock. She made sure everything was correct and that my new sunglasses would be processed with the correct lenses and arranged for the return of the incorrect pair.

I was sent the wrong color frames with…

I was sent the wrong color frames with the wrong prescription. First guy told me he'd email a return label to send back wrong glasses. As well as tracking number for the right glasses they'd send. Over a week and nothing. He did absolutely nothing but tell me he was fixing the issues. I called again after a week...whomever answered didn't say any just slamming around then hung up. Then called again and the lady tried to argue with me that I needed to try and wear the wrong glasses for a week to adjust to them. I can't even see a foot in front of me in the wrong prescription that I received. Not to mention they were the wrong frames too. I've worn glasses for 30+ years now....I've been ordering from clearly for the last 15+ years with no issues. Seems they've started using customer service employees from foreign countries that have no idea what they're supposed to be doing and give zero f*cks.

Overnight delivery!!

Wow I ordered my contacts last night around 8:30pm and pleasantly surprised to receive them this morning plus little gifts!! I live in the fraser valley. They never disappoint. Highly recommended.

Helpful service, but must return glasses

Customer service on the phone was most helpful and courteous (I experienced problems in accessing my account online and had to change the login info and use a different browser).
However, I have to return the new glasses I ordered as the nosepiece is too wide and the glasses slip way down on my nostrils. Too bad, as I liked the frames otherwise ...
