Happy with Clearly helping with shipping issue
I’ve been buying from Clearly over 15 years. Always been happy but this time the “Free” shipping was 12 working days, I was concerned that it was Canada Post and I’d never get them so I paid almost $16 to get them by courier. Luckily Clearly stepped in to help me out. Much appreciated!

The price was very appealing and my son suggested giving clearly a try. Two things were needed before my glasses were comfortable. 1/ Laid on the table upside down, one arm the (right) was 2 or 3 mm higher than the other. 2/ The plastic ear pieces were set inward towards the wearers head not very comfortable. The arm correction was fairly easy " very very carefully" bending the frame/arm. #2 The ear pieces, immersing in hot water and holding the arm with pliers and adjusting to suit. Just something to keep in mind if your not a DIY person.
