Very happy with my shutter installation to kitchen and bedroom windows. Excellent quality shutters. Professional company and have recommended them to friends, family and work colleagues too.

From start to finish, the whole process with Clement Browne has been excellent. Expert and friendly advice for customers who didn’t really know what we wanted (except ‘shutters’) was exactly what we needed.

All of the vists and key milestones were clearly communicated. The fitting of the blinds in two bay windows was smooth and much quicker than I thought! The tidy up and disposal of packaging was also seamless.

Recommend so highly.

I’m really pleased with my service from Clement Browne. My windows weren’t the easiest to fit shutters for, but they really thought through how to make them work, spent time iterating designs with me, and then the fitting was excellent and efficient. The price was also very reasonable. And the finished product looks great. It took a while (12 week lead time for wooden shutters) but it was worth the wait.

We have been so happy with our new shutters. The price point isn’t too scary and the process was clear and managed well. I was a little worried to pay upfront, despite reading good reviews on here, so was always able to pay by credit card to feel more secure. Our fitter Ian was great and clearly knows his stuff. Thanks so much. We were replacing old shutters and these were removed for us as a part of the process. Everyone I have had contact with at CB has been friendly, helpful and (most importantly) knowledgeable. Thank you!

I cannot thank my fitter Kevan enough, did an amazing job, I was very pleased with the fitting. My neighbour really took a shine to them and now she is having them fitted in her house, she also said that these shutters are the best she has seen so far. I would definitely recommend this company - you will not be disappointed.

I wrote a review of Clement Browne back in 2016, when they installed shutters at my old house. I've recently moved, and asked them to quote for new shutters, as I was very impressed by the quality and durability of the 2016 shutters.

My experience has again been great - the shutters look lovely, and Clement Browne have been excellent throughout. The on-site visits and installation all went very smoothly, and I'm impressed all round. Definitely recommended

I have used Clement Browne in my flat and now in my home, so over the last 15 years. Initial contact, follow up customer service, actual installation and after care are second to none. I will highly recommend using this company. Their shutters have really made a difference and dress windows perfectly.

Over the last year I have had 7 shutters installed. 5 were fitted last year and 2 yesterday. From sales advice through ordering and fitting Clement Browne were excellent. The finished product is very good. Very insulating in winter too. They suit modern or period homes. Are easy to clean. They look smart and sleek and are less intrusive than curtains. I would highly recommend Clement Browne. They were very good value too.

Just had our shutters fitted to our new room converted from the garage. Having had all our other windows fitted with Clement Browne shutters we obviously returned to them to fit the final set. Their customer service is excellent, and we love the whole design of their shutters compared to others we have looked at. The fitter, Darren arrived early and as with the previous fitter, has done a lovely job. Polite and extremely tidy, clearing up as he went along. The customer service and communication is excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

What an amazing experience from start to finish! We have ordered 6 shutters in total for different windows in the house, at different times. We’re so pleased with the quality and the amazing fitting. Fabulous experience resulting in fabulous shutters!

Really happy with our Clement Browne shutters. They look exceptional and have been fitted perfectly to a very high standard. From start to finish the team were very knowledgable and professional.

This is the second time I have bought shutters from Clement Browne and I have not been disappointed. The service from start to finish is excellent, great value for the high quality product it is and the fitters are superb. I live in Scotland and know that the company is based down south but willing to wait a little longer for fitting as I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I did a lot of research into shutters before engaging with 2 companies, one of them Clement Browne. The other company's costs were based on my measurements entered onto their website. Clement Browne organised for one of their experts to visit my home and take many, many measurements! Both quotes were almost identical but I felt confident that an experts measurements would be way more accurate than mine, therefore the cost would also be accurate too, so no hidden surprises. I looked no further!

On placing my order, Clement Browne sent another expert to check the measurements.

The process was straight forward but payment terms are in advance, which could have been a stumbling block. The wait for delivery to the UK was 3 months! The wait for installation was another 2.

Unsurprisingly, Clement Browne are very busy. They produce a quality product which now looks amazing in my home. I am a very happy customer and having 'shuttered' the front of my house, will soon be going through the process again for the back.

Can't rate Clement Browne highly enough - we've used them twice now and from initial enquiry right through to product installation, their customer service was fantastic. We felt like valued customers right the way through to when we received a follow-up email once the product had been installed to check that everything was ok.

The shutters themselves are wonderful - and lovely colours to choose from! The installers certainly know their stuff, and did a very professional job, without any mess! Extremely polite and courteous. Our installer, Steve, even noticed a very small scratch on one of the shutters (I would not have noticed!!), and insisted on getting the whole panel replaced, which he did this morning, bang on time!

It is very rare to find companies who look after you these days, and have products that are of a high quality at a reasonable price (forget Hillarys - Clement Browne were £3k cheaper!!).

For excellent quality shutters alongside brilliant customer service, I would use Clement Browne every time!

We waited a long time for for shutters, due to covid. They were placed last week and I can’t speak more highly of them! Definitely stunning from the inside and outside. I’m so happy with them, they are absolutely beautiful.

My elderly mother is delighted with her new shutters. Due to arthritis, she's been struggling with her old vertical blinds for a while. Now she can adjust with the slightest touch and is very happy indeed. Can`t praise her installation fitter Adrian enough, he was totally professional, polite and very tidy. Would highly recommend to this company to anyone.
