Reliable and Smooth LLC Setup Experience

Seemed too good to be true at first, but Clemta delivered. LLC formation, EIN registration, and bank card forwarding all worked smoothly. Bookkeeping is next for me to try, but so far, a very solid experience.

Strong Support

The Clemta Team has helped me navigate the complicated landscape of forming a C-Corp. They are easily reachable via e-mail, and reply back within a timely manner. I didn't feel like a number in a system, but like they're actively taking the time to help me.

Very positive experience for a non-U.S. resident setting up an LLC

I had a very positive experience with Clemta for setting up my U.S. LLC.

Before deciding, I had reviewed and compared a few other providers, and ultimately chose Clemta because their process felt clear, responsive, and well adapted to an international setup (I also had a video call with them early in the process, which helped explain the full setup clearly and gave me confidence before moving forward)

My situation was a bit specific, as I am a Canadian living in Europe and wanted to open a U.S. LLC with proper banking access and EIN support (Note: before starting, I had already prepared my website (1 page), domain, and business email, which probably helped move things efficiently)

I signed up on February 13, 2026, chose the EIN expedite option, and also used their Mercury banking support.

My timeline was:

• LLC formed on February 19, 2026
• Additional documents and compliance questions followed
• Mercury banking documents submitted around February 24
• ID verification (face ID check) completed a few days later
• Mercury account approved on February 28
• Mercury debit card arrived a few days later (in Europe)
• EIN received on March 16 (IRS letter dated March 10)

Throughout the process, communication was clear. It was also reassuring to have a dedicated contact available by email and WhatsApp whenever questions came up, which made the whole process easier to manage from abroad.

For anyone outside the U.S., especially from Europe, looking to set up an LLC remotely, Clemta made the process pretty smooth!

Overall, very positive experience so far.

I would confidently recommend Clemta to anyone who needs an helping hand in their company structuring.

I’ve had a very good experience with Clemta so far. As a first-time Amazon FBA seller with a foreign-owned U.S. LLC, the tax and compliance side can be very confusing, but Clemta made the process much clearer and less stressful.

Their team has been responsive, patient, and helpful in explaining what applies to my situation and what doesn’t. Having the Premium plan gave me peace of mind, especially knowing that important filings are handled properly.

Overall, Clemta has been reliable and supportive, and I feel more confident managing my U.S. business because of their guidance. I would recommend them to anyone setting up or running a U.S. company from abroad.

AVOID. Lying, charging fraudulently - horrendous customer service.

Avoid: Once they have your details you will never get rid of them!!

After our initial sales call in 2024 I was promised features I needed. After payment and setup it turned out not to be true or misleading. I requested a full refund - which to their credit was actioned - eventually.

Since then I have been receiving "updates" and spam from them. I requested multiple times that my info be deleted and removed - no luck.

On 26 Dec 2025 they tried to charge me for a full subscription again. A year AFTER I am no longer a customer.

Almost every day since then they kept trying to charge my card which I decline - AT COST.

Sent numerous email and are just being ignored.

EDIT: eventually received a response from customer service - waiting for confirmation from their privacy team on why my info was not deleted, and my account not cancelled.

The issue regarding numerous emails being sent stemmed from an internal oversight related to multiple email records on file, which resulted in unintended communication after your subscription had already been cancelled. This should not have happened, and we take full responsibility. We have since reviewed the case, ensured that all communications have been stopped, and taken steps to prevent this from happening again.

After reviewing the full communication history, it also appears there was some confusion regarding the state filing fee and the BOI filing. At the time, the BOI filing requirement was temporarily suspended due to ongoing U.S. court decisions challenging the enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act. It was later reinstated as those rulings evolved. We communicated these changes to you via email as they occurred. Once you decided not to proceed with our services, we processed and issued a full refund immediately. Additionally, the state fee is listed separately in our pricing, as it is a mandatory fee paid directly to the state and invoiced independently from our service fee.

That said, we take this feedback seriously and are continuously working to improve clarity and transparency. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate the opportunity to learn and improve.
