I ordered a PC on December 14, today January 20, I have not yet received my PC, and I have no idea about the delivery date and they are not responding to my messages. Customer service sucks. Still the status of my order is being processed since December 14.

I've ordered a laptop on 10th July 2023 with order number 33498 and I paid on the same day with wise transfer. They did not sent my laptop and did not paid my money for more than 7 months.
But finally, today I received my money after lots of my negative comments on Clevo Computer.

ordered, and paid by wire transfer a laptop that was supposed to be delivered within 10 days. no products were delivered, support (by email or phone) unresponsive.

The product works as expected. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to buy a replacement CPU fan 10 years after acquiring my laptop: spare parts are usually not available for that long!

Shipping took longer than expected, as it took about two weeks for my package to leave the warehouse.

Clevo's website seems well thought: the "Spare part" section allows customers to select their laptop model and find all available spare parts for it. Unfortunately, my laptop (W130EV/W130EW) was not listed, which made it harder to find this fan.

I would put 0 ranking if there would be an option...

Tried to order touchpad stickers on their website.

Website is really buggy, after successful credit card payment I did not receive any confirmation of order.

Basically website crashed and suggested me to pay again...

Unfortunately my credit card was charged

I tried to contact support 4 times, twice by email and twice be online form.

They responded only once asking my order number - ignoring what I told them in the email.

They did not bother answering my last messages, despite I provided all the proves of credit card charge and screenshots of purchase process...

I think reporting them to police and contacting my bank.

My advice - avoid them by any chance...

I ordered barebone computer and paid via direct payment on 16.10.2023.

Status of the order was set to "ready for shipment" after 5 days, and since then nothing is happening, they are ignoring both my emails and telephone.

I checked for the status of this company few days ago in German Company Registry on internet and it was is set to "closed", now there is no entry for this company anymore...

I ordered and paid a laptop the 3/08/2023 over 2000 Euro. After the time to deliver was expired I tried to reach the company (1 E-mail, 1 by form and 2 by phone calls), they were all ignored. I decided to close the contract the 29/08/2023, with this communication they started to answer. After an exchange of E-Mail (via form) in which the company tried to convince me to not cancel with "gift", "discount", and "upgrades, I decided to cancel anyway, because I did not have any thrust. Up to now 15 September, they are still retaining the money. Terrible experience and disregard for the client

I've ordered a laptop on 20th July and I paid on the same day with bank transfer. I also sent a proof of transfer from my bank immediately to which they replied "Thank you".
After a week I asked if everything is OK, because I saw no change on my order, to which they asked for a payment confirmation AGAIN. I sent them the payment confirmation again. And this was the last time I heard from them.
Since then, I tried to contact them multiple times via email and phone, but all my attempts were ignored.
At the moment it looks to me, I got scammed out of more than 1700 EUR and will probably have to pursue legal action to get my money back.

Please avoid this seller, if you don't want drama in your life.

P.S.: Note that even when they did reply to my emails, it usually took them days. I never managed to get my call through, even though I tried during their official support hours as stated on the website.

I ordered laptop in the beginning of Aug 2023 22 14 days latter after numerous attempts to contact them I wrote to Clevo Taiwan apparently this had some effect because they updated (at 4am German time) the order status to paid and in progress.

It's been a week since then and they continue to ignore any attempt to contact them. They even reported my only WhatsApp message and as result I got banned from WhatsApp for 24 hours.

I intend to wait one more week before starting legal actions to get my money back.

It took 11 days to process the order! For some time I thought I was being scammed. I'll change the rating once I receive the laptop I bought.

The products are good. However, communications with the company are very poor.

I liked that I got fast responses. I disliked how these responses were leveled at me. I asked for a small instruction as to how to go about replacing the keyboard. None was given.

Initially small problem with the bank transfer. Quick response and then the notebook was delivered quickly. The notebook corresponds to the description. Top service. I will recommend to others.
I can not find a way to update firmware at the moment, but that's another matter.

After a fan broke down outside of warranty, they were able to identify the correct part to replace, even though it was not a German model. The work was easy to figure out even without instructions.
