Took my money, left me high and dry!

Gives me no pleasure to write a negative review, however, I must warn others. I placed a substantial order on the 1st November 2018. I was aware the company is US based, but does have a UK website also.
Since ordering, I have received only one email telling me I will need to chase a refund from their payment processor as their changing websites?
So I'm £400 out of pocket, with little response from clotheslines.com who also trades as washinglines.uk
We very cautious if you decide to order from these people. I am so disappointed in them.
