I’ve managed to save quite a bit of…

I’ve managed to save quite a bit of money on some new summer shoes and jewelry accessories for a wedding in July! I’m currently shopping for nice wedding attire to wear that will do well in the heat! I’ve already found so many different pieces.. It doesn’t matter what I’m shopping for and needing- I’ve always been able to find it on CloudMall. I try and take advantage of the daily coupons whenever I can! Loving this site so far!!

I love shopping here. I bought a couple of dresses online, which came with free shipping and arrived within 2 weeks. The dresses were excellently priced and of excellent quality.

If what you want is to lose your money…

If what you want is to lose your money and that they do not give you more than explanations such as "go to the mail and ask for your package" this is the company you should buy from.
I've been waiting for my package for over two months and I still haven't received it. I have written to the email, messenger (via Facebook) and the answer or "help" is the same NONE. My recommendation is that you DO NOT use this company. It's the worst.

Si lo que quieres es perder tu dinero y que no te den más que explicaciones como "ir al correo y pedir tu paquete", esta es la empresa a la que deberías comprar.

He estado esperando mi paquete durante más de dos meses y todavía no lo he recibido. He escrito al correo electrónico, mensajero (a través de Facebook) y la respuesta o "ayuda" es la misma NINGUNA. Mi recomendación es que NO uses esta empresa. Es lo peor.

Parcel 4202401292748909900774583143947906 never received

Never received the Red fringed Poncho Cardigan I ordered. Have been promised refund for Black zippered tennis shoes on the same order that were fraudulently sized by the seller as size 43 they are a size 42. Sent Cloud Mall tons of documented proof. They keep giving me the run around. Requested refunds for both it's. No refund received. The red poncho NEVER was received. They removed the seller information for this item. They keep changing the info on my account claiming parcels were received. Tracking shows they were never delivered. Then they send me an email telling me to contact a different shipping company about the Red Poncho Sweater than what is on my profile to get my money back. That second company never had the package. This company has no business ethics.

***Again as you can see in CloudMall's response below more scripted response. I still have not received the missing item and Cloud Mall continues to refuse to refund the money I paid in full for the item. Although I have proved my claim against Cloud Mall with a plethora of written and pictorial documentation they still refuse to refund for the unreceived item. I have not received the promised refund for the mislabeled tennis shoes. My financial institution receives and processes instant refund trans actions. Cloud Mall conviently processed the payment the same day the order was placed but will not do the same for a documented agreement of FULL refund of the purchase price for both items (which includes shipping costs in the price of each item). I have only received these unprofessional responses from "Ella" and "Jerry" ( the customer service reps), fake parcel tracking information, scripted responses like the one below, fabricated information from their customer service reps and cover up for their scammer sellers and drop shippers. Actions definitely speak louder than their words.*
**Contacted my financial institution no refund for either purchase was implemented by CloudMall as of October 18, 2021. Once again Cloud Mall is producing clouds to cover up their ruse. See Cloud Mall has even added to their response more scripted excuses and blame shifting since the last edit of my post. They are still claiming the Red Fringed Poncho Sweater is in transit. Then they changed the tracking number for this particular item to that of another item that I have evidence was used for another item. (Tracking numbers are individual for each parcel especially within the same shipping company.) They have emailed me a fake statement claiming the Black Tennis shoes are not available yet they are still advertising them for sale. They put on my Cloud Mall account that they refunded the purchases. Yet no transactions other than the withdrawal of the initial payment to Cloud Mall from my account has been initiated by CloudMall with my financial institution. ⚠️ Warning: Do not believe ANYTHING this company states until it is brought into fruition. Maintain ALL records and communications concerning your orders and payments. Stay in contact with your financial institution, the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission concerning all disputes with this company ( any company for that matter that your dispute is going unresolved for over thirty days). DOCUMENT EVERYTHING.
***Still have not received any merchandise or refund as of today October 29, 2021. Complaints have been filed with federal agencies concerning this matter.
***UPDATE***
AS OF NOVEMBER 9, 2021 STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUNDS NOR PURCHASED ITEM. ESCALATED THIS ISSUE TO FEDERAL AGENCIES CASES.

Cloud Mall received and signed for delivery of the returned black tennis shoes but never refunded the purchase. Proof of delivery and receipt has been forwarded to Federal Trade Commission and other Federal Agencies as evidence of their fraud. Emails have been sent to the address listed in their response below. They are not responding. Therefore the Federal investigations will commence.

Do not shop here!!!!!

They said they will give me a refund but still haven’t. My order has taken over 5 months and it’s still not come. They have recently emailed me and said they will give me my month back. This was last month 17th September. It’s not mid October and a refund should have been processed in 7-14 days. I have emailed them twice after this but still no reply.

I didn't want to give even a star

I didn't want to give even a star! This site is a hoax! My experience is the same as everyone else's, but I am working with my bank, and I will file a complaint and work on a refund through PayPal. They will NOT take my money and get away with it. I only placed a small order because I was afraid they weren't legit. It took 5 days for me to get tracking information after the order.
That number never tracked anything. Only after a month if waiting did I email them and they sent the tracking number saying it was delivered a month ago. Same crap about my the postal service will probably destroy the merchandise because it was undeliverable. How bout return to sender means just that! Return to sender dumb asses! They also then try to negotiate a discount or coupon. Do they seriously think I'm going to order again.. come on! Spare me the anguish!

I want my money! That's it! Lousy company, and they think you will fall for this bull they trying to put down!

Thieves and fraudsters cloudmall.ali!!! 7999052

I have been waiting 2 months for orders made to cloudmall, I still haven't received order 7999052!!!, I started get real mad and then you sent a load of emails saying these items were out I'd stock, same email everytime, you sent an email saying. Y parcel was stopped the post office I called the post office and they told me cloudmall only sent a notification that they were sending something 🤔?!, furthermore it also said if I do not puck up the package it will be destroy 🤔huh this is Scotland we don't destroy packages that have been paid for here proving you haven't some kind of scam using royal mail services I'm shocked, you have taken 2 month's to tell me these orders are out of stock while is crazy because you sent me confirm emails and shipped emails??? This is pure fraud you can't take people's money for items that you don't have!! but then you sent me an email saying my delivery details are wrong despite 3 orders been delivered to the same shipping address!! None of your behaviour is legal this app should be under investigation hopefully very soon these are very organised criminal gang's of people!! I really believe that they created papertrails and this is obvious having reviewed my emails and find all orders in transit that's disgusting and I'm hoping this cloudmall.ali of every version is taken down and investigation into there fraudulent thieving, I don't get much money and jumped at the opportunity of trying cheapest clothes but this app cloudmall.ali is criminal. The clothes are absolutely terrible wrong sizes and do cheap you wouldn't be seen dead wearing the stuff, they will mess you about with duplicate emails but there shady behaviour has no end and these people are clever enough to keep you postponed, please stop this app do not shop here checkout the reviews there bad for a reason but its sick how they are gets away with it I think this has something to do with Samsung Internet very very shady so cloudmall.ali where is my order 7999052 I just want a refund you can keep the clothes or the piece of paper saying your sending an order very clever cloudmall.ali I'm praying you get taken down that's angry iam, I received order 7999052 the trainers fell apart first day there so badly made I will never shop with cloudmall again I'm so disappointed with the service its taken so long to get any feedback you should have refunded everything it was not worth the shoppers experience the black jeans turned out to be so badly stitched that the stitching is comic away at the crotch I will post pictures of these orders wow

Cloudmall is a shame scam and bogus

Cloudmall is a shame scam and bogus . Hello to whom this may concern.  I am writing about order number 8655075 . The order was place on the 11th of May , they took the funds from my paypal account on the 12th of may then proceed to provide me with a fake/bogus tracking number on the 18th of may. Today is now June 20th I have yet to receive my shipment or my refund. 

Please be honest , truthfully  and have some respect to your customer/client  and provide me with my full refund. Please and thank you.

I am still waiting for my order I placed a month ago it still says your order will be delivered. You can't phone or message without going to Google and typing is cloudmall legit and trust me there are some bad reviews. This company needs to be shut down they take your money but you won't receive your goods. BAD🤬

Gotta be a scam

I placed an order a month ago and the website is still saying awaiting shipment. There's no way of getting ahold of anyone to give me any information. So much for customer service. I'd like to know if my getting my shoes or not. *Note. The website has now been taken down 6-2-21. No one is responding to any emails. Unreal to steal money from honest, hardworking people.
