Evaluating 142 reviews, most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. They have the worst customer service

They have the worst customer service. I received three sweatshirts for my granddaughter and found out she can only wear black to her school. So I returned the two sweatshirts that were not the right color. They had tags intact and were not worn. I contacted Cloud Nine and they sent me something saying I would need to return them myself( no return label) and pay for the return. I never had this happen with other companies but since I wanted to get credited for my return, I sent it thru USPS and had a tracking number . I found out that they received it on Jan 14th and have not heard anything from them since . I have E mailed them and have gotten no response. I have called my credit card company to dispute this transaction. I will never and repeat never order anything from them again. That is my story and I am sticking to it.

Wish shipping time will be reduced.

I ordered my grounding hoodie December 9th. The shipment was delayed, which was totally understandable given the holidays. The quality is great! Very soft and comfortable. I honestly wish I had bought more, considering the waiting time takes forever. 🥲

The jumper itself is good quality but...

The jumper itself is good quality. However, be very cautious if you need to exchange it for a different size, as the charges (toll/return fees) are extremely high. I paid £51 just to return the package..
Communication after this was awful. After sending three emails to confirm that the items had been delivered back to them, and then a further two emails, they finally responded, saying they had transferred the money for the returned jumper and sent me the replacement. My initial order, in addition to the two jumpers, also included tote bags, stickers, and anxiety workbooks, which were never sent back to me after the exchange.
Despite sending a large number of emails (some of which were clearly answered by an AI support system), I was eventually told that the tote bags were out of stock. I asked when they would be available again, explaining that I was happy to wait, and they replied that they didn’t know. I then asked why the tote bags were still advertised on their website if they were out of stock—and, of course, I never received a reply.
The support team is very unprofessional. As a “goodwill gesture,” they offered me £8, which is frankly ridiculous given the situation. I also find it hard to understand how a company that claims to support people with ADHD, anxiety, etc., can have such an unacceptable and careless style of communication.
As a final remark, I had to use my partner’s email address to contact them, as I believe my own email had been flagged as spam and they were no longer responding to it.
I will never buy from this company again and would definitely not recommend it. I hope my post will not be censored and will be published properly.
Ps. I never accepted the £8 ....

Never received my order; horrible service

Would give them zero stars if I could. Like many individuals before me, I ordered one of these hoodies as a Christmas present (order placed in November) and never received it. Communication from the company has been exceptionally poor and I've been unable to get a refund, now more than two months out from my order date. I've filed a claim with my credit card. I tried to share my experience on their social media page and they blocked me, you know, as any reputable company would do. DO NOT order from them.

Ordered a child’s large anxiety hoodie and it came as an adults large. Cost over £30 to return! Spoke to someone about exchanging it for a child’s large. Finally after a long wait the hoodie arrived in an adults medium size. Not happy! This was a Christmas present and twice she’s been disappointed. Will have to grow into it unfortunately, as it’s going to cost the same as another hoodie to send it back again.

Unfortunate Experience

Unfortunately, this order has been a very disappointing experience. My four sweaters were split into two separate shipments. I received the first shipment quickly, but the second has been delayed and appears to be stuck in China with Cainiao Logistics due to reported weather issues. I placed the order on November 19 and still have not received the remaining two hoodies.
Today, Cloud Nine informed me that because I did not purchase shipping protection, I would not be eligible for a refund in the event of theft or loss. This was extremely frustrating and unexpected, especially given the circumstances. The lack of accountability and resolution options has made this experience feel very unfair and misleading.

Not all materials sent and not able to get in touch with anyone.

I ordered the anxiety calming hoodie. The customer service was terrible. I ordered December 5 and received this Christmas gift at 4p.m. on December 24. The book, journal and stickers were not with the hoodie. When I contacted the company (by email only), they said I would not get them. Their 100% guarantee means nothing! I will not buy from this company again!

SCAMMIN PEOPLE WITH MENTAL ILLNESS

If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered a hoodie thinking it would help me with some of the problems I have with my ADHD. I never got an order confirmation so I wrote to the company through the website. I didn't get a confirmation that they received my message nor did they ever write back. I have written to them several times and I have annulled my order, but I have heard absolutely nothing.
I have, so far, gotten 4 e-mails from them urging me to promote their brand and earn money by doing it. How brazen is that?
I don't expect to receive the hoodie nor to get my money back.
I hope that people read the reviews for this company before they buy anything. This company is scamming people with mental illness.

1 month, 4 days = NOT RECEIVED

I ordered on December 9, 2025. I have yet to receive the item. When I contact their customer service, they skirt around the question. I have been told it is progressing through the delivery process. When I search the tracking number through USPS it says it's in pre shipment, yet it hasn't been updated since December 24. They refunded me $10 for the shipping fee, but have otherwise refused to give me any more information or a refund.

No sweatshirts for Christmas because fraud...

This was all I asked for from my parents for Christmas (I have AuDHD) and I still haven't received my gift. I asked my sister for the order number since she ordered it online for my parents and the company asked for it, and the order was never processed because my sister's bank flagged the transaction as fraud!! No order number and no present. I am so disappointed.

Package Missing & No Accountability

My order was sent in two packages - we received one with two bodies one for myself and one for my son - we both are AuDHD. The other package was deceived to my neighbor who claim they never received it and CloudNineClothing says there’s nothing they can do because I did not select a protection. If they would have delivered it to me as they did the first package this would not be an issue. They take no accountability, their customer service was unresponsive for weeks and they have no resolve.

Terrible customer service

Ordered two for Christmas, they arrived in time. A $15 pop-it toy was added to the order automatically. Neither kid liked their hoodie and both were very over sized, so asked for a return for both hoodies and the toy.

One hoodie cannot be returned because the tag was cut off, other hoodie cannot be returned because the order number on their email receipt doesn't match an order number they have internally.

Customer service phone number is just a bot and has no way to get a live agent for a return. Returns are directed to an email, where 24 hr response time is guaranteed. It's been over a week since my last email.

Lost package, no replacement or refund

Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered Nov 28, package has been ‘processing’ in CA since Dec 9. Cloud Nine said I had to sort it out with Speed X, their chosen shipper. After a week of back and forth, Speed X finally declared the package as lost. Problem solved, right? NO!!
Cloud Nine’s response when I sent them proof that their shipper lost the package: “we’re unable to offer a replacement or refund if the package is lost or delayed during transit. Delivery is beyond our control.” WHAT?!?! This is absurd. They have my money. They have the proof they asked for to declare the package as lost. And nothing. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Have not received my purchase

As of January 9th I have been refunded for the cost of the sweatshirt with the promise that if it shows up I should keep it. I paid a small stipend for shipping insurance it was worth it.

Today is January 2nd and I have not received the sweatshirt I ordered on 11/28/25. They have my money. Tracking says a 12/23 delivery was attempted. After lots of digging tracking states the shippers truck broke down. I’ve contacted Cloud Nine who replied via email that I would have to track down my purchase from the shipper they utilized, they will not intercede. Cloud Nines website hides the fact that the product ships from China. The shipping company (SpeedX) claims to have live chat from 8 to 8 however that isn’t true, they use AI and provide nothing meaningful when contacted. I do not have high hopes that I will ever receive my purchase.

Cloud Nine is a scam!!!

I ordered this product for Christmas on December 4 for my two children. They were expensive, but I thought it would be a great gift for them as they both experience anxiety and have ADHD. The product shipped from China on December 7 and didn't arrive until the day after Christmas. Not only that, I was expecting sensory stuff in the pouch and it is just a normal hoodie other than the puffy sleeve cuffs which aren't really something my kids want. When I reached out to the company expecting them to make it right, their response took several days and I basically got a "Oh, we're sorry" with no offer to make anything right, so I guess we're just screwed spending way too much for an inferior product. Cloud Nine hoodies are a scam. Stay away!!!!
