I’m really impressed with Cloud Nine Clothing. The hoodie is soft, well made, and the built-in stress ball is such a smart idea. My kid loves it and actually wears it without fuss. Shipping was smooth and the product feels worth the price. Would definitely recommend to other parents.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my cloud nine hoodies, even though I only have three of them, but I love them so much they are so comfy and cozy and I absolutely love the built in stress balls because they actually help me when I’m stressed!!

I ordered the black hoodie in early January. It was delivered super fast. I am really happy with it. Very good heavy quality. Only thing is that it's a little smaller than expected. This is my favorite hoodie right now! So nice that it has finger holes and the stress balls are great too 🤩 I will definitely be buying here in the future.

Do not use this company! They pretend to be 'for the neurodivergent community' but they have absolutely no graciousness about their return policy. People in our community sometimes need flexibility and they have absolutely no customer service grace. They are simply trying to profit in the surge of people trying to make money off frustrated and exhausted parents. Horrible.

So disappointed I have tried multiple times to order 2 hoodies, and sent to UK
Keep getting a message saying:
Items in the cart do not meet price or weight requirements to qualify for shipping. Update your cart and try again.
No matter what i do it keeps appearing
Emailed company and they keep telling me it's because the cost is £52 per hoodie!!!!!
Sadly giving up as the stress around it is driving me nuts 🤨

Do not trust this company whatever you do, My sons mother ordered a very expensive hoody from them for our 11 yearold son that he had seen them advertising on tiktok or youtube they use a delivery company speedyaf that are absolutely a scam and when you enquire about where your item is they tell you to contact the delivery company, It is there responsibility to get an item to a customer not yours. We havent recieved a thing from them claiming it has been attempting delivery on the same day as the parcel is in DC but we are in the UK. Customer service is non existant and reply from delivery company also non existant SCAM DO NOT TRUST.

The product is great. Make sure you get the right size, check and check again. A hoodie costing me £60 ended up costing £100. You have to pay for returns and they deduct an admin charge.

Delivery company has tried a few times to deliver package and all they say is its undeliverable. I'm not sure why because we don't have gates or passcode. The company refused to help and wont refund our order. The delivery company doesn't have a phone number or any other way to contact them either. Thinking its a scam.

These ship from China, I ordered 27th April, it's now 10th May so nearly 2weeks in and it isn't even in the same country as me, had I known I wouldn't have bothered ordering

I bought a black medium hoodie from here. It took a while to ship, but once it did, it was like boom boom boom, after shipping it took 2 days to get from CA to my city (Not in CA). The hoodie was a bit pricey, but it is the comfiest hoodie I have ever felt!

Order never moved. They wrote shipment in 2-3 days . Efter 4 days nothing happened.
Customer service write they answer in 24 hours. They do not .
But they are very fast in sending link to offer promotion 10% if I posted it and ask my friends to buy from them .
