I would like to thank our English tutor, Robert Birrer for his patience and kindness to teach our Son this year. He enjoys his lessons very much with Robert and has improved a lot with his help and support.

Nola is an exceptional tutor, who has gone above and beyond to support Tilly in her learning this past year. This has resulted in Tilly improving her grades in Maths & English.

Tutor was great. Lait support and ability to make teach concepts was awesome. Cluey’s ability to be flexible with lessons is tricky. School holidays dont take into account which state you live in. You can cancel sessions and reschedule but it is a little messy. Not cheap but a great option when you live remotely.

Claire has been instrumental in my child’s sensational results this year. The connection was instant and she was the perfect fit for our needs. I’d happily recommend Claire to anyone seeking an experienced and dedicated math tutor.

Hugo is an excellent tutor. He is very patient with my son and has made a significant difference in his understanding of Maths. Thanks to Hugo’s guidance, my son’s confidence has grown, and his test results have improved greatly. I highly recommend Hugo & Cluey) to anyone looking for a supportive and effective tutor

He is the best teacher, and do his best to help students.In the future I am looking forward to work with him if he still work with cluey. From bottom of my heart I do want to thank him everything that he do in period of time that worked with my two kids. I wash him a good luck and amazing year a head.

My daughter has been having Mathematics tutoring for a few months and it has really helped improve her understanding of the subject matter and increased her confidence. Her tutor seems to really understand how to interact with her to help

Alastair Kay was a wonderful tutor! He was patient, thorough and had a great temperment. He was knowledgable and helpful.

We are so grateful to have had Donna as Eva’s tutor this year. She has been absolutely amazing. Donna is incredibly engaging, bubbly, and has such a warm, positive personality. She really knows how to connect with Eva on her level, which made such a difference to her confidence and willingness to learn.

Eva always felt comfortable and supported, and it was clear that Donna genuinely cared about her progress. We’ve seen such a positive growth in both Eva’s skills and her self-belief, and that’s a true reflection of Donna’s ability as a tutor. We couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

The tutoring itself is great, we really liked our son’s tutor - she was fun, engaging and firm which was a really good fit as he can be easily distracted. He did alternative weeks of maths and English and the curriculum aligned with what he was learning at school. I think he struggled a bit with the online part of it but Monica was patient and helpful. He really enjoyed his sessions with her and sitting on a computer for an hour is a real effort for him, but he was always happy to be there. We are so thankful for the support Monica provided him during his school year.
Dealing with Cluey directly is tricky … understanding the payment terms and getting a reliable person to help was a challenge. We probably would have ended our relationship with Cluey much sooner if it wasn’t for the positive impact Monica had.

The personal and professional relationship my son had with his tutor was wonderful.
He helped build his confidence in English and was able to freely discuss ideas... concepts and themes for his assignments and Yr 12 exam preparations.

Archie has done so well in Maths with Jasmine. Last year and this year (Year 9 and 10) he was top of the year for Standard Maths at school, having struggled in year 7 and 8. Would love Jasmine to know this - he was too modest to tell her!

My sons English grades have improved significantly since his weekly sessions with Nadine, cannot recommend her enough.

My daughter was a very quiet girl who never asked questions. She just persevered on by herself. Her tutor has given her so much confidence to ask questions in her sessions and outside her sessions with her teachers and peers. She also has the perfect fit as her tutor. She really gets how to teach my daughter which enables her to learn.

Everything going very well for a long time. Then we had to change a tutor. Then the tutor changed another two times it was a bit disruptive. Hoping things settle down now.

At the time I was supposed to study atar English the website wouldn’t let me access the session. My mother and I called, I was the only one answered by a real person while my mother was shadow banned unable to talk to someone and automatically hung up by their system, as soon as I mentioned I was on the hub he immediately changed tone and said something similar to the reviews on here “i will get someone to call you urgently” and hung up. Now I am unable to talk to a human and in the same situation as my mother, hung up by their system. This is an in depth scam and I doubt they have a real headquarters. They abuse the fact that people all over Australia have no direct contact to them to scam desperate parents in need of tutors.

Endless complaints about this company. Change of tutors with no notice, very little flexibility in changing sessions with notice (often no other replacement available so we just had to pay), tutors cancelling 5 mins before the session, no customer service, you literally can't get in touch with someone. Lessons that were supposed to be credited weren't. I was charged even when there were technical difficulties and we couldn't join the session. I'm now trying to get multiple refunds back, which is difficult. I'll need to go to Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to try and get funds back.
I’m editing my first review as the company has responded below, they’ve taken the time to reply to the review but still haven’t resolved my concerns. They’ve listed an email to contact them on below. The same email that I’ve sent multiple emails to that are ignored. Unbelievable

Please do not use Cluey, I had to change my banking details as they did not give me proper access to the site. This meant my daughter could not attend any of the 4 sessions I paid for and I could not cancel my subscription. Once they had me signed up I was no longer able to speak to a real person and was only given automated responses that could not help me in any way. I felt I was completely scammed.
