Unfortunately, the wrong size band was ordered and I found out after the fact that to return it to the warehouse in Germany (I was not aware it was located there), it would cost a small fortune (almost as much as I paid for the band). So, I am keeping a band that I have no use for and will have to eat the cost. For that reason, I am hesitant to purchase another one from Cluse. I really love the watch but be forewarned if you don't like your purchase or if an accessory doesn't fit, it's a major hassle to return it. Since its Germany, it requires that you send it Global International Priority Mail and fill out a customs ticket. What a pain.

Would not order again if my parcel would be sent by yodel!!! Parcel never arrived. And tracking link was not working from the beginning (the customer service at Cluse took a while to respond to my query regarding the parcel and tracking) Hoverver good customer service- when I managed to get response from them. I have left two messages! The lady I had corespondence with sent another parcel with different company, very happy with recived straps- exactly what I have ordered, well described on the website.

Finally my order arrived and I am quite satisfied with it, although they charged me an amount in customs when I arrived in the Canary Islands.

I was very happy with the strap but the pins that attached it onto my watch were too short and I had to use the original ones that came with my watch so now the leather on the strap is damaged where I had to make room for removing the ones that came with the new strap for the old ones

One of the best purchase ever! It comes in a well-packaged form and the watch is beautiful.

It is very unacceptable that you have a set format of the replies. And you keep on replying that only in the bad reviews; without even noticing that what exactly the compliment is.

It been so many days since your reply to my last review and still I am waiting for you to contact me. When can I expect the goods to be delivered? Or when can I expect you to reply to me actually?

The website claim free worldwide shipping which is totally not true. Once you receive an e-mail from ups you realized that you have to pay a really important fee. Your website is only saying that in an other page of your website. I would have known, I would have never ordered from you. Plus I sent an e-mail to clarify why I have to pay that and you guys never answered. Really really disappointed and I will never recommend to anybody to buy from you.

I purchased a bracelet and arrived broken. Its replacement also broke after a few weeks and got lost. I stupidly bought a third one and that broke the first day it was used.
