Co ownership was a fantastic way for us…
Co ownership was a fantastic way for us to be able to get on the property ladder. I don’t think we could have done it any other way. So finally after years of renting we have our own place. Over the next few years we can staircase bit by bit until the house is totally ours. Truly never believed it would possible but ecstatic and we have begun our move now.

From start to finish my experience with 55+Co-ownership has been exceptional, and everyone I dealt with have guided me through the process with ease. Without them I wouldn’t be sitting in my new forever home today.
If you find yourself in a position like myself on my own and unable to afford a house then don’t hesitate in applying to them as you’d be surprised how easy it is.

Very happy with my experience. Special thanks to Nicole, Brídin & Hilary. They were the people I dealt with during my house purchase and were very friendly and helpful with my all queries. Co-Ownership enabled me to purchase my first home which I wouldn't have been able to do alone as a FTB Sole purchaser.

Would not have been able to get on the market at the moment without the help of co-ownership which my wife and I are very happy for! Saying that, it did make the process a bit more intense due to their regulations which I do understand, just be prepared for more hoops than normal.
