Zero stars! Absolutely horrendous service. Booked an iftar dinner cruise this month (March 2026) and was told that it was cancelled after taking my money. I asked for a refund and was told they only give store credit. I will not be using their services again so what am I supposed to do with store credit??

Very disappointing customer service and zero flexibility

It’s about Downtown One Travel & Tourism - Umm Hurair 2 - Dubai, the canal dhow cruise.
I emailed to reserve spots for 3 people for the 8:30 PM cruise. About two hours later I contacted them again to ask if the booking could be moved to another day (in one or two days, whatever suited them better).
Instead of offering any rescheduling option, credit, or alternative date, they immediately insisted that if we did not show up that same evening, the vouchers would be forfeited, repeatedly hiding behind the cancellation policy. There was no willingness to discuss moving the booking, despite the fact that I communicated early, in just two hours from my first mail to them.

I fully understand no-show policies. However, this was not a no-show, it was a timely request to reschedule, which many service providers accommodate, especially when contacted hours in advance.

The interaction felt rigid and transactional rather than customer-focused. Given that food and drinks are included, it unfortunately came across as if the company benefited more from guests not attending than from actually hosting them.

Recommended my friend to buy tickets…

Recommended my friend to buy tickets for dubai park but when they reached there the tickets were not working. And he bought 5 tickets for him and the family. Am lucky that mine worked but have already heard alot of complaints of people buying tickets and they don’t work. I don’t recommend it at all

Cobone has misleading information and…

Cobone has misleading information and purposely the information given is limited to twist the plot. I have experienced this twice and i promise to my self that i will never purchase from Cobone as they do not provide refund as well and their customer care refuses rudely.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. They advertise services that aren’t actually available and then shift the blame onto the customer for not confirming beforehand. If it’s unavailable, why list it in the first place? Totally unacceptable. I will never do business with them again. Ever.

We were sent the wrong tickets

We were sent the wrong tickets. For one park, not two. Despite the confirmation saying two parks. And them selling lower priced tickets for one park. So clearly not a misunderstanding, but an error on their part. Customer service is appalling. They don’t read messages. Don’t take accountability for sorting out their mistakes. One to avoid.

I purchased four tickets for Global Village, but when I arrived, I was informed that they had expired, even though I never used them. I reached out to customer service both in person and over the phone, but I received no response. I would like a refund or valid replacement tickets.

Really not helpful at all . They charged my card and the voucher which they sent is not opening in my phone or any other device , went to their App there also same issue . Instead of solving that they send unwanted emails .

Never recommended, to family or friends, there is lot of miss information cobone and partners are giving to customers, customer sevice is worst, i have sent more than 8 emails no one is giving proper response more over they don't have any uae contact no for customer support.

stay away from this people and buy tickets from trusted web site only.

Studio M Arabian Plaza, Level M Restaurant

We went to their breakfast buffet with guests on 22/09/2024 but were very disappointed.

Their free parking was closed, the hotel entrance was hard to find, the atmosphere was very warm, the service was extremely poor leaving most empty tables dirty with used dishes, leaving food and dirty napkins on the floor, and didn't have any live stations as they mentioned, so I had to complain to the restaurant supervisor twice.

The restaurant has blocked reviews from all sites, but Google allowed us to express our disappointment.
