Difficult to cancel

i find it very difficult to cancel the subscription as you must call them between 9-5 Monday to Friday and then keep waiting for 10 min

I didn’t like that I had to phone up to cancel subscription, it makes it harder to cancel when it could just be an option from my account on the website.
The product was good, the price is good but I just didn’t want to be tied into another subscription service at the moment.

They make it very difficult to cancel your order. People working a full time job like me will find it very difficult to cancel the subscription as you must call them between 9-5 Monday to Friday! I am yet to try the coffee but I am not happy with the subscription experience!
