Decided to shop with Grind Coffee and came away mostly satisfied. Quality was about what I expected for the price. Unfortunately one item arrived damaged and the replacement took a while. Would consider them again if the issues get sorted.

Great service, received day after purchase! The coffee itself… what more can I say other than exquisite! I had the Nepalese single origin, the taste is so fresh, with just a subtle hint of acidity, very clean on the palette, and I’m no expert. If you like good/great coffee, that is just a step or two above premium, then I recommend having a look at the online store and treating yourself to something just a little bit special.

Always a great range of interesting coffee beans available, once ordered they arrive quickly, packaging is lovely and I will continue to order from them. Especially nice as a gift for the coffee lovers in your life.

I like trying new things and thought it would be interesting to try roasting and grinding coffee. A search on the web brought me to the Coffee Bean Shop who offered the best range of products and good prices I could find.

Such a rarity to find a company that genuinely cares about customer experience. I love the personalised notes inside, definitely a USP. Not to mention that the actual product they sell is as great as promised.

I really appreciate how Coffee Bean Shop engages with me as a customer. I have a subscription for a monthly order and I like that I receive a reminder several days ahead of it going out so that I can change it or even skip a month. I also appreciate the personal touch of the hand written letter. I live and work abroad and have my beans sent on to me. I could buy cheaper locally but the quality of Coffee Bean Shop beans and knowing that I can trust their sourcing policies makes the extra cost worth it.

The service is brilliant, the packaging is classy and every coffee i have tried has been exceptional in espresso, Moka and filter.
