support always answers pretty quick which is good, i did a withdrawal of 8K one time and it took like 4 business days, they called me and asked me bunch of questions and why i want to withdrawal my money which is weird they don't ask you anything when you deposit, im glad i got my money but i hated the process of it and how long it takes, but im done with coinexx because lately I've blown multiple accounts because of the random spread spikes in price, and huge wicks that happen and you don't see them on tradingview but on coinexx they happen a lot, the ask and bid price lines get crazy big to, especially during swaps, the other day i was in a winning trade, my stoploss was 19 pips away from my entry, there was a spike in spread, even though price was heading in my direction the spread spiked was so large just for 1 second it triggered my stop, then the other day i was in another winning trade and price went far past my take profit but it never got triggered because of the the ask price was far away from it apparently, that's what the support told me, it just seems to me that everything is in their favor and everything against me, my trading has been pretty good but its always something with the broker, like today i entered a trade with the last bit of money that was left in my account, i left it running over swap because price was consolidating around my entry level, i didn't have a stop loss during swap, and the crazy spread spike took me out in a loss again and price moved in my direction after swap, its so frustrating when your stop never gets hit by actual price but the broker takes u out, therefore im done with forex for now and im moving to futures because this wont happen with futures

With respect to trade execution and pricing, Coinexx operates as a pure ECN broker, with prices streamed directly from liquidity providers. We do not intervene in trade execution or market movements. We also noted that some of the trades referenced occurred during periods of increased market volatility, when spread fluctuations and pricing variations can naturally be across the market.
Differences between broker prices and third-party charting platforms may also arise due to different liquidity sources and price feeds.
We appreciate your feedback and would be happy to review any specific trades you would like us to investigate further. Please feel free to contact our support team with the relevant details.

Thought I lost my deposit.
I use cyrpto to fund my account just like so many others. I transferred from my cyrpto exchange to coinexx. coinexx shows the deposit in history but the account showed 0 balance. I thought the deposit was gone. I told Max Jones what happened. Took less then 10 minutes for him to recommend the fix. The account was archived/deleted because of lack of use for a long time. Said, just open up a new account and we will transfer funds into it. It worked. Great customer service. I can reach these people around the clock. Great customer service and support:) Thank Max.
