Exceptional Purchase
The door number plates we purchased were 100% and at a lower price than quoted by other companies. This did make me a bit dubious but was amazed by the quality of the goods when received. They look brilliant on our property. I would definately recommend Colour Frog and will certainly be purchasing from them again if needed.

item didn't arrive on time
item was due to arrive on Thursday the 16th of October , I had an event on the 18th, which I order the item for , the item arrived on the 21st.
item was good but absolutely no use to me. didn't arrive on the delivery date stated by the company

We understand that you had planned to use the item for an event on 18th October, and we are very sorry that the delay prevented this.
The delay was due to FedEx shipping, which unfortunately caused the item to arrive on 21st October instead of the promised delivery date of 16th October. While the item itself met your expectations, we fully understand that the late arrival rendered it unusable for your event.
