Uploaded artwork at strong resolution, arrived printed super pixelated. Nobody used common sense and thought ah maybe we should get this looked at before print. Twice the price of Solopress and poor customer service

Following up on our conversation on Friday, we want to personally extend my sincere apologies for the quality of the banner you received. After reviewing the order, we can confirm that the original artwork file submitted was a JPEG measuring only 55x25mm. When this image was enlarged to the required banner size of 3660x1800mm, it unfortunately resulted in severe pixelation and loss of clarity.

In this instance, our design team should have identified that the artwork resolution was insufficient and escalated the matter to our Customer Service team so that we could contact you to request a vector-drawn, high-resolution version of your artwork. This would have ensured that the final product met the professional standards we strive to deliver. I completely understand how disappointing this must have been, and we take full responsibility for the oversight.

As discussed, if you’re able to provide a vector-drawn, high-resolution version of the design, I’ll be happy to arrange for the banner to be reprinted and replaced free of charge. Alternatively, if you would prefer, we can issue a full refund instead. Please let me know which option you’d like to proceed with, and we will ensure it’s handled promptly.

We have also spoken directly with the Department Controller to review what happened. The design and production teams have been reminded that such cases must be flagged and properly queried in the future. We are reinforcing internal procedures to make sure this kind of error does not occur again.

Once again, Thomas, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We genuinely value your business and appreciate your understanding as we work to make things right. Please let me know how you would like to proceed, and we will take care of it straight away.

2 magnetic signs ordered.. both had faults

Ordered my magnetic signs but when they came, they both had faults. It’s taken far too long now to get them replaced. Very disappointed there was was no quality check before being sent out to me. Waiting to see how I’m recompensed.

Not malleable - too much ink bleed

The transparent medium used for printing was very inflexible and not best suited for curved car glass, unlike the malleable plastics used for tax disk type corner of the window type plastics which are much softer and easier to flex. The printing also had a massive amount of bleeding to all edges which left the product not suitable for use on a vehicle as it looked unfinished and unprofessional.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the product. The graphic you ordered was 700mm wide, which makes it much less flexible than the small tax-disc style stickers you mentioned, so it can be more challenging to apply to curved vehicle glass. For this reason, we always recommend requesting a sample pack first to check the material’s suitability for your intended use.

In terms of the print, your artwork did not extend to the edges of the sticker. Your design contained a logo and three lines of white text plus a QR code, so we’re not sure exactly what the ink bleed problem is that you’re describing. We’re sorry if this wasn’t as expected. We did request a photo of the problem so that we could rectify it for you, but unfortunately, you were not able to provide this.

We really value your comments and would be happy to offer guidance or alternative options if you’d like to explore a different finish or size in the future.

Quality Exceeded Expectations

The quality of the window graphic exceeded my expectation to be honest. I used 300 dpi images and the came out perfect and exactly as I had designed. 100% would use again.

Our £20 minimum order is the same whether you order one sticker or several, and many customers choose to add extra stickers or select a larger size to make the most of it.
