The staff were so helpful with my hundreds of questions! Got a great laptop, excellent quality, highly recommend.

My delviery arrived a day late and was delivered to the wrong house - our neighbour.

Honestly, I was not satisfied with what I got.
They can improve by making it clear of the products available and non available.
Ordering an available product then declaring it not available after payment is not acceptable.No email or call.

I am delighted with my refurbished PC which is as good as new for a very good price.

The laptop was delivered quickly and in near perfect condition.

Pros: good spec of laptop for price, keyboard and screen very clean, help customer service team.

Cons: outer-casing with a number of scratches, one quite deep but this is only aesthetic and has no impact on function so can’t really complain - it is a second hand laptop at the end of the day. One of the fans is pretty noisy so will have to strip and clean or replace (thought this would have been done really). APC the Courier (not combros fault) was useless and ignored all my instructions for delivery. They all just dropped the cardboard box containing laptop over my fence and no one was in! Will live in Britain, rain is alway a possibility!

I wanted to be thrilled with my purchase but haven’t been unfortunately which is a shame. A few minor tweaks and I could be. Having said all that, anyone coming here to see what combro are like as a company, in my limited dealing, I would say trustworthy and my laptop was out for delivery fairly rapidly.

Given the incredibly reasonable prices for the laptops, I was quite sceptical that the company would impress. I was wrong. I made a mistake on my order and it was resolved via the live chat before the laptop was dispatched. The laptop was received 2 days later and is in great condition. Will definitely recommend and will probably buy more.

The laptop I purchased was refurbished with minor scratches but I saved around £600 buying it instead of buying a new one.

Wanted a laptop for occasional use so did not want to spend a lot. Found one on Combro, thought it would be a bit scruffy but was cheap so thats OK.
Absolutely delighted, very clean, immaculate keyboard, a few light wear marks which are hard to see. I installed Speccy to check it out and everything, RAM, SSD etc were fine.

Excellent service. Computer arrived promptly, well packed and as advertised. A small problem with the mains cable was dealt with efficiently and a replacement arrived the following day.

A great laptop at a fantastic price. Thoroughly recommended.

HP laptop at a great price. Laptop arrived on time and was securely packaged, looks like new, came with a charge in the battery so used it straight away. Courier gave timely updates - very useful. So far working without issue. Exactly what I needed. Great Customer Care. Would definitely buy again.

Quick postage, responsive updates and so far no issues with the computer
