I’m really pleased with my new bed and the whole experience from ordering through to delivery. I had been looking around for a while and wasn’t fully sure what type of base and headboard would suit the room best, so I spoke to the sales team before placing the order. They were friendly, patient and explained the options clearly without making me feel rushed.
The bed arrived quicker than I expected and was well packaged. Once it was set up, I was really happy with the quality. The fabric looks lovely, the base feels solid and the headboard finishes the room off nicely. It has made a big difference to the bedroom and feels much better than my old bed.
Delivery was smooth as well. The team kept me updated and the drivers were polite when bringing everything in. Overall, a really good experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new bed.

I ordered a super king bed frame with a headboard and paid an extra £75 for assembly, plus £50 for removal of my existing bed. At first, they allowed me to choose a delivery date, but later changed it and delayed the delivery by more than two weeks.
On the delivery appointment, they gave me a time slot between 10:35am and 2:00pm. On the day, I woke up early and dismantled my old bed so everything would be ready for them. However, they arrived at around 9:00am, left the new bed at the door, and left immediately. They then sent a message claiming they had arrived and that the customer had not dismantled the bed, which was completely untrue.
I tried calling the company, but their phone line only says they accept emails. I sent several emails and received no reply at all.
This has been an extremely stressful and unacceptable experience. I paid extra for services that were not provided, and the company has ignored my attempts to contact them. In my opinion, this company is dishonest and should be avoided.

Very nice and spacious bed with storage

Chuffed with my experience with Comfybedss. I ordered quite a few beds for a small hotel refurbishment and the whole process was handled very well from start to finish.
Sam was great to deal with, clear, honest and easy to speak to. He helped me choose the right beds for the rooms and made sure everything was arranged properly.

I recently spent over £22k with…
I recently spent over £22k with comfybedss on a large project for a boutique luxury hotel, and I have to say the service was excellent from start to finish.
The quality of the beds and the overall finish were exactly what we needed for a high-end property. Everything was handled professionally, and the team went above and beyond to make sure the project ran smoothly.
One thing that really impressed me was that they even helped move some beds from one of my properties to another property around a mile down the road, which made a huge difference and saved us a lot of hassle.
I spoke with Sam throughout the process, and he was very straightforward, honest and easy to deal with. He explained that Comfybedss have a strict refunds policy, so he actually advised me to order one bed first, make sure I was completely happy with it, and then place the order for the remaining beds afterwards.
That level of honesty is something I really appreciated. A lot of other companies would have just pushed for the full order straight away, especially with a project of this size, but Sam was more focused on making sure I was confident and happy before moving forward.
Everything was executed perfectly, and I’m very impressed with the service, the product and the overall experience.
Wishing you all the best. No doubt I will be back again, and I’ll definitely be recommending Comfybedss across Facebook and within my property network.
