Polyester is not cashmere. I ordered a shirt advertised by Comfyau as being Cashmere (the more detailed information said 50% cashmere and 30% cotton.) When the shirt arrived it was thin like a chux dishcloth - you could see through it. The label said 95% polyester 5% spandex. They are refusing refund unless I return it at my expense and they receive it.

pure crap. poor quality. waste of money. trying to return without much success

I placed an order on Nov 27, 2024 and still have not received it. If you have not sent it, then cancel my order and refund my money and close my account. Teri Glaser

Product showed up after lengthy delay. I checked the shipping status and was told for days it had shipped and was in Texas. Finally received shirts but they were much too small. I emailed them for return instructions as their website directed twice but received no response. The cotton and linen shirts also felt like fiberglass and cellophane.

i have ordered from this company first order was for two shirts 1 white and 1 black all 3xxxL and arrived 2 black 1 was xxxl fitted good second one was marked as xxxL but was only a medium very disappointed, no invoice inside either .Do not know when my others will arrive .

Ordered a shirt May 1st, and its mid July when I'm writing this. As of yet, no response to emails, no tracking number or order confirmation, and the info on the website is completely bogus. The phone number is disconnected, the address listed literally belongs to nothing (Google maps street view), and customer service is non-existent. I have never encountered a situation like this with any online store I've bought from, so I saw no need to perform my due diligence on the site beforehand, especially since it was recommended from Google. This site is clearly a scam. Please don't buy from them, and if you did, do what you can to reverse the charge. There's also some funny wording in the terms and services of the site that seem to say they aren't responsible for services rendered (translation you can give them money but you may not get product for it).

Shirts never arrived, cancelled order through the credit card.

I know things are delayed due to COVID, but this is fraud.

No more online clothing purchases for me!

Bunch of thieves. Order 4 shirts in September 2020, never received the merchandise. They ignore all complaints. To date nothing in terms of shirts, and they ignore all emails. Dont get ripped off by this company

I ordered 2 sweaters from Comfyplan because they looked really pretty on the photo. They arrived after a long time. But the complaint here is that the sweaters looked NOTHING like the photos! They are ugly and shaped different. Material is aweful. They did not send a packing slip or information in a confirmation email on returning items. When I finally found out their process of returning items on their site, it was time limited to "within 15 days." The 2 sweaters did not arrive together. One sweater came over 2 weeks later than the other, so it was already past time allowed to make a return. I was waiting for both to arrive so I could send them back together. I emailed them about returning the other sweater but no response. Don't buy from this scam of a company.

I’m glad I only bought 2 shirts which has been over 30 days since my purchase.

I ordered in March 2020 almost 300.00 . I only got a few items and none fit. I call my credit card after many attempts to get my order. The fought my dispute so I went back on their site and tried again . I was told that I would get a refund on the items that I did not receive. Then was told they have to wait till the dispute was closed. Well not money or clothes to date! Do not order from this store.

This is the worst product I've ever purchased! Not only did my shirt come in 2 months after purchased but when received it was wet and moldy. The wrong size and never heard back for customer service when trying to contact. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

never ever again! and I wish I read these reviews first. It took almost 2 monthsto get my shirt, I emailed them and got no response. Finally, when I disputed the charge with paypal the responded and blamed covid for the late delivery and gave me a bogus tracking number. The telephone number they provided via paypal does not work. I finally got my shirt, I ordered a small but received a LARGE! I'm so mad, I waited all this time for the wrong size. I'm not even going any further with this, because it will be too much time and energy wasted for $22 (which is maybe what they're hoping would happen). However, I will never ever buy from this bs company. Do not waste your money!

I have been waiting over 2 months for my order. I get a trking number. When I put it in search I get a message there's no such nnumber. I feel I'm being ripped off.

I ordered the good looking colorful shirt XXL. 50 days went by and no shirt arrived. I went through my credit card company and disputed the charge and got a refund. Stay away from this company. They would not even respond when I asked them, where is my shirt ?

Don't trust them, not worth it. On paper, they seem like beautiful shirts. When I placed my order in July, I had problems with payments going through. When they did, I realized within 5 minutes I made a mistake with the size and I ordered 2 of the same shirt. I immediately wrote to them, long before the order was filled, to change the size on the 1 shirt and switch to another of the same price so I wouldn't end up with 2 identical ones. No answer. Then an email saying "Due to Covid, a delay of 1-3 weeks is possible." We all understand these things. But then 6 weeks passed. I sent my requests by email another 3 times. When the items were shipped, allegedly, no good tracking information and the order was still wrong. Tried to call - phone disconnected. They do not respond to customer service, have no phone. And they plaster you with ads daily but can't get one order out. Never again!

Placed an order end of July. We get a email August 12th saying shirt is on the way. Says should be arriving 14 to 21 business days. It is now September 10th and nothing. Each day we get another ad for them and I send the same message back to them asking where shirt is I ordered end of July. Order
