I would give this scam company no stars if I could, I ordered so long ago and still no refund or parcel, got a message that they were now in Ontario on the 4th of this month, well supposedly my parcel is still there. I worked for Canada Post, if as said that Canada Post picked up this parcel, they would be on Vancouver Island today waiting for delivery on Tuesday. I email them everyday, call them liars, cheats nothing bothers this company, if you see the clothes you ordered on another companys' web site, don't order same company different name

I have order from this company, I have gotten a order proceesed, then got order shipped, they use track17 app to track your order, they say tracking order is already in with track 17, I have emailed them twice, i guess it's time to go to federal trade commission to file a complaint there, do not use, or buy

I think this company is fraudulent. I ordered shirts from them on April 25 and have not received the shirts. I emailed the company on May 15 and they sent me a tracking number that does not work. I actually think they do not produce any shirts and are just a scam.

I ordered some shirts on 20/02 it’s now 05/05 and after 2 mail, no sign. I'll continue to send mail to request information snd ask for a refund. AVOID!

I ordered 7 shirts in Feb 2020 and so far I have received 3. I know it's not the best service but could it be due to the COVID 19 world situation. A lot of Chinese businesses have been on lockdown. Just a thought. How were they before?

Is this the same company as Comfy Mind? If so I ordered a shirt 27/02 it’s now 29/04 and no sign. So bad! Never again.

Finally arrived after 14 weeks. And lots of emails. It’s ok.....I will wear it but it’s very thin and Not great quality.

Placed an order on Feb. 13th and still have not received the order. It took the seller several months to finally tell me that the order has shipped, but when looking into the tracking number it has been the same for weeks: "preparing to dispatch this mail piece." When I looked into the company to see if others were having similar problems, it appears that their social media has been taken down. Red flag. It has now been almost 4 months... currently in a dispute with PayPal hoping to get a refund. This website is a scam. Avoid at all costs!!

Do not make the mistake of ordering from this company as you are unlikely to either receive your goods or a refund or any communication. This is a scam in my opinion.

We finally got a refund via PayPal after 2 months.

After this experience and several others I will now no longer trade with any company based in China because they are, in my opinion, usually dishonest and the goods are mostly substandard.

I agree this company has very poor communications. I ordered 3 big loose blouses in February and finally got them at the end of April. I couldn't find out any Information on the arrival. They got my money quickly. The blouses came and they appeared to be very small for 5X they weren't even a 1X. When I washed them they went down even smaller. I was very disappointed because I thought they were very beautiful if they had been the right dimensions. I guess Chinese people are really tiny. I will never shop or recommend this company to anyone. Now I've got 3 blouses I paid for, but I can't return them because I washed them and I can't use them. So I guess I'll donate them to a small person. Good thing I'm a Christian and believe in sharing.

Ordered two shirts in February 2020, immediately attempted to cancel order when they revealed shipment date, since I was ordering them for a party in March. They do not answer phone or email. Shirts arrived today( April 12,2020,) one is sized incorrectly, looks like a child's shirt. Attempted to resolve issue through PayPal with no success. I am now out $68.93 for two shirts I can not use. Would not recommend anyone do business with this China based company.

Absolutely disgusting service 8 weeks later, no garments arrived no refund either as one top wasnt available. The tracking number provided doesn't work so no idea if it's on it's way. No one replies to your emails. I have lost £42

Same appalling service, same fraudulent, unconscionable, unaccountable conduct taking your money and delivering nothing.

Total scam. Wish I read reviews first. Ordered a blue and grey XL. 7 weeks later received 2 stripped M shirts made out of very poor quality material. It's China garbage.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered two shirts, they arrived a size bigger than I ordered and were still way too small. I contacted them and followed the instructions for exchange. They had me sent the return to Canada which cost me 18 additional dollars. Once verified they were to send me new shirts. Didn’t happen. I contacted them weekly and it was on excuse after the other. They went so far as to say they were waiting for more supplies to arrive. Also the phone numbers they provide do not work!!!!

Never ever buy anything from these scammers. My daughter saw this as on Facebook and purchased one for me for Father's Day
It came about 2 weeks later and the quality was laughable. Very poor and over priced. Sent it back to the buffalo address and have never gotten my money back. Numerous phone calls and emails proved to be FRUITLESS STAY AWAY. THIEVES.

I had the same problem with this company. I returned the merchandise back to them and they kept giving a run around regarding my refund. Thank God I paid them thru Pay pal. Pay pal was able to get my refund for me..

Buyer beware to lose your money. I ordered 2 shirts last June. Their sizing runs extremely small so I had to return the shirts for a promised refund. I have been waiting for over 6 months now. They have really poor customer service. If you dare order, you will be very disappointed with the sizing and the quality. Thinking about returning or exchanging? Forget about it!!!
