DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered two shirts and received the wrong ones. I got nowhere trying to correct this with them so I got the Visa people at my bank involved. The company had them tell me to mail the shirts back for a refund, but they would not send me a prepaid envelope, which was ridiculous considering it was their blatant mistake. It took a while, but Visa finally got the refund processed. And for what it's worth, the fabric and construction is cheap, poorly sized, and not comfy! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Horrible company, service, and product t!

I, like everyone else here, had a terrible experience with this company. The shirts sent were the incorrect size-not as I ordered. (stupidly did not read the other reviews) I withdrew the hold on my credit card dispute when they agreed to send the correct size. The next shirts arrived 5 weeks later- still the incorrect size and the size labels CUT off very obviously!! No longer able to get the credit card dispute. Sent the shirts back (AT MY EXPENSE to Canada) and even though tracked, they were never in to receive the shipment so it is supposedly en route back to me. Customer service very pathetic and the product is dismal!!! Do not use this company!

My Comfy Shirts, Also Known as ( AN & Associates Co. Inc., and shirtsinstyle.com )
The Better Business Bureau has 1,184 complaints from them in the last 3 years, 286 closed complaints in the last 12 months
They have an "F" rating. I made the mistake of not researching this company prior to purchasing 1 shirt.
I paid for (1) $17 mens shirt, plus $8.95 shipping on Mycomfyshirts.com
Total transaction amount: $25.95 USD the funds went to "AN & Associates Co. Inc."
3 weeks later I received (1) womens shirt from Hong Kong.
The comfy t shirt website has a Return policy that states" 30 days from the purchase date, must return using tracking because we will not guarantee a refund on a returned item without a tracking number."
Items that ship from China/Hong Kong, take 3-4 weeks for delivery. My order arrived in 21 days, so I immediately filed a claim for refund due to not as advertised. Comfy T-shirt company refused to reply, so I had to call credit company. It was a lengthy return.
In order to receive a refund, I was forced to take the item to USPS, pay the USPS 1st class international return shipping cost of $10.50. While there is no tracking on USPS 1st class international, there is a customs barcode USPS scans at time of acceptance. This was acceptable proof for the credit company to issue a refund. I would like to point out, USPS priority mail international starts at $36. and goes up in costs. The facts are: this company refused to help me with their mistake, they are well aware customers are not willing to pay large sums of money ($36 plus) to return merchandise that arrived not as advertised, they clearly state that they do not in their return policy, which is non existent if your item arrives on day 30. If the majority of their items arrive on day 30, it is outside of the return timeline they have set up. I paid $10.50 return shipping out of principle, I refuse to let them take advantage of me even though I lost $19.45 for shipping costs. Their gift from me for their stellar customer service is this: I now tell everyone I can, Don't fall prey to their scams! Do not purchase anything from them! Don't become a victim!

Company sucks

Company sucks, I echo all other complaints I read. Emily, Sophia, Michael, Olivia, Isabella, Sarrah, and other customer service people I dealt with must be threatened with termination if they actually help you out. The company keep changing their name also, Comfy t-shirt, best deals, premier deals and the latest one shirtsinstyle, classic scam. All based in Buffalo at 3200 N. America Blvd.

Stay clear of this horrible company

Stay clear of this horrible company. Besides poor quality, returns are a nightmare project. Not only must the Customer pay for return shipments, but they require that such returns be sent to Canada with USPS Priority! A no-win situation. Basically, once you purchase a shirt of incorrect sizing and measurements (which is apparently occurring at an alarming rate with these folks, may as well donate it. At least THAT part should make you feel good.

Worst place ever

Worst place ever. Do not order from them. They don't send you the proper size. The sizes are two times too small. If you have to return, you have to return to Canada, which is more than the cost of the shirt. Customer service is terrible.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THESE…

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE....

I placed an order in August 2019. I have not received my order and despite 10+ emails requesting a refund I have heard nothing.

I have now put the matter into the hands of my credit card company and hopefully I'll get my money back.

Not even worthy of a full star. I wish I would have been smart enough to search for reviews before my son ordered 3 shirts from this company. We ordered Large and all three came in XL. IN addition, the quality is terrible! No two shirts were cut the same... one long and thin, one short and boxy and one short and extra wide.
I have emailed the customer service address three times and called the customer service line and left a message. Not only was the product incorrect and the customer service non-existent, it took over a month for the shirts to arrive.
You're throwing your money away by ordering with this supposed company. There are so many other options in todays world of online shopping so I just need to continue to become a smarter and more educated consumer! Lesson learned

Unresponsive company, poor product, poor customer service

I ordered some shirts, they arrived 5 weeks later. Poor, paper thin quality. I ordered 5x size, the shirts did not fit, size L at best. I was scared to even touch the shirts, for fear they would fall apart. I called, I wrote, I used their instructions to request a return. No one has returned my numerous contacts. I tried calling, email, text etc. I am not going to return the shirts ($$$) without any contact. I have reported them to VISA.
Junk product with no customer service. My worst online shopping experience ever, after 20 years. Definitely not as advertised. AND, they have the gaul to continue to send me email solicitations.
You might think these types of jerks had been weeded out of online business by now, but, no, steer clear.

It appears this company is definitely suspicious.
My shirt arrived was nothing like the shirt ordered and wrong size.
I returned the item which was still in original packaging at my expense.
Despite many emails to and from I have received no refund.
I paid by Paypal but didn't proceed with a claim as the company acknowledged the receipt of the returned item. The time allowed to continue with a claim through Paypal expired and ne credit.
My advice launch the Paypal claim and just continue with the process.
Paypal should not be dealing with these scam artists in my opinion.
Stay clear of Comfy Shirts.

My experience was the same as many…

My experience was the same as many others have reported. I ordered 2 shirts, and it took a month for them to arriver since they were shipped from China. Both were the wrong size, and did not match the description of the shirts I orders. The materials were much thinner and cheaper, most likely polyester instead of the cotton that was advertised. I tried to contact them about returning, but they didn't respond. Fortunately I bought them with PayPal, and I filed a complaint through their services. The company finally said I could return the shirts for a refund, but when I did that (and confirmed that they received them) they did not provide a refund and did not respond to my compaints. Again, PayPal rescued me and gave me a full refund. This is definitely a scam company. They should be banned from advertising anywhere.

They took forever to ship and then when they came 2 months later the shirts were far too small even though the label said 2xl. No response to calls or emails.
