Wanted a quote- Got hung up on instead

I requested a quote, Received a call within 5 minutes. I requested that the person confirm my application number (provided by Compare Life) before sharing/confirming any of my personal information. I was ignored and told they could not help me. Refusing to offer a secure service is not very professional. I was not angry or rude simply trying to protect my personal data from potential scams. I was met with rudeness by a manager. I would not recommend this company as they are either, unsecured, have poor customer service or sadly both.
