John was brilliant
John was brilliant, he was so tolerant and patient with me that he was able to see what had to be done with the water pump and taps and what the end result would be. I was left floundering because I didn’t know how to get the job done and it was because of John’s resilience that a first class job was accomplished. Simon Hall-Davies

Friendly and competent. John came over to replace eight Velves and a radiator. It turned out that a second radiator was broken. He offered to stay longer and fix it on the same day.
