So so bad company they should close the…

So so bad company they should close the world would be a better place without them. So basically, they have updated my subscription without even me confirming that to a higher subscription and they just that it’s part of their policy!! As a student it is completely not fair. And I didn’t get a notification several times about I my invoice so extra fees where always added and when I contacted them they didn’t do anything about that!! So rude not recommending this company to anyone definitely change to another 👍🏻

AWFUL RIPOFF

AWFUL - Nothing but a ripoff organization. You don’t matter except to pay your bill and they will charge you for anything and everything they can. Especially when you travel. Beware arriving at an airport. You will be charged $90 USD for nothing. No recourse. And when you cancel they will over bill you and send you to collections. Top it all off, they have the worst mascot ever. Ridiculous idiot. Except for Tele2 and their stupid black sheep. Geezuzzz… what is wrong w telecom in Sweden?!? Avoid!!

I Left Sweden and canceled my card, they not only didn't canceled it they also kept charging me and now I have debt collectors sending me mails about a service I didn't used and I need to pay, but guess what without a bank id is impossible to pay them. THANKS A LOT COMVIQ 0/10

Funny company!

Funny company!
I ordered a subscription for myself, and I got it, it is active.
Same time I ordered a subscription for 200 sek for my daughter and they didn't approve my credit check, because my last year salary is not yet visible on the internet.
I connected them to my bank account with bank id to check my salaries, but they didn't approve the 200 sek monthly subscription.
200 sek !!!!!!!!!!!
They must be full of customers and the don't want new customers...

Avoid

After very long time with comviq, they blvoked my huawei mate 20 pro ohone from calls! Claiming i can't call 112!, I tried to call 112 even after they blocking my sim on the phone and it went through! Customer service didn't help, rude , even told me i will hang up on you!.
Switching to different network now.

The rudest and most unhelpful customer…

The rudest and most unhelpful customer service ever. I write and tell them my speeds in my apartment are less than 1 mbps. They tell me that's "technically okay." I'm sorry, I pay 220 SEK per month for what is close to dial-up speeds, and you "can't do anything about it"? I've had enough.

I’ve used Comviq since 2018, Unreliable network and poor customer support.

I’ve used Comviq since 2018, but I’ve finally had enough. The recent price hikes without notice were the final straw. For the increased cost, you would expect better service, but the network connection has actually gotten worse. Customer service is virtually non-existent when you need actual help. I’ve found much better alternatives that offer better coverage for a fair price. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere

THE WORST OPERATOR

THE WORST OPERATOR. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Charge money whenever they can, RUDE CUSTOMER SUPPORT who hangs up on you. EXTRA FEES and NOT FOLLOWING CLIENT'S requests. I ASKED THEM TO CANCEL MY subscription and they didn't - and charged me 369 kr for that.

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud! I don’t understand how the Swedish government can allow them to operate.
I was in the UK for a month, even thou I had off my SIM and bought a UK SIM, which I used during my stay. I briefly used my Swedish SIM card in the UK to send 2 messages. Likewise, I paid the bill, but they are still sending me the same amount after a month, returned to Sweden. Furthermore, I am a +50 customer of theirs and have been with them for years.
This is the biggest fraud operating in this country. Be warned, don’t ever in your lifetime do anything with them. Comviq is not to be trusted!

It’s a complete scam.

It’s a complete scam.
This is by far the worst service and product I’ve ever experienced. It honestly surprised me how something this bad can still exist. The system is incredibly complicated and unnecessarily bureaucratic — nothing works smoothly. Their website is often down, making even simple tasks impossible, and customer service is completely unhelpful.

To make it worse, you can only cancel your subscription once a year. It feels like they’ve designed everything to make it as difficult as possible for customers to leave.

Misinformed when singing up for subscriptions

When singing up for subscriptions, I was severely mislead. I was offered 50% discount of orignial prices, and offered to select my data bucket. I was told that "you can always increase your bucket later" and of course got the impression that this as an easy fix. When later contacting customer support to do this, I was told I will then loose my discount and have to pay full price. I kindly expressed the wish to listen to the recording of the first call, to verify that the impression given earlier, was accurate, but a customer support manager declined this request, stating "we don't use recordings for that, only for improving our support".

To me it feels obvious that this is a system they use intentionally.

I let some time pass, and then called to cancel my subscription, and when explaining why, they where not interested in addressing the situation. Rather wanted me to pay the bulk cost for remaining months.

Sending me bills of over 2000kr because I was in the uk even thou I off my sim and bought a uk number which I used during my stay, five days only still got this big bill waiting for me,
I called them to speak to a supervisor they said there is no supervisor that I need to pay even thou I am a new customer of only 3 months,
This is the biggest fraud operating in this country be warned don’t ever in your life time do anything with them comviq

This is by far the worst company I’ve…

This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with!
I have one of their Kontantkort SIMs. On September 10th, I refilled it with 100 SEK. Before refilling, I disabled mobile data, as I only use this number for SMS within Sweden (my main number is Swedish too).

After sending no more than 15 text messages, I was shocked to see my balance drop to under 1 SEK. I called customer support and luckily got through to a female representative. I clearly explained the situation — that I hadn’t used any mobile data or made calls.

Her responses were dismissive at best:

“I understand, but you’ve used your credit.”
When I told her I was looking at my Comviq account page showing no data usage, she replied:
“Then you’ve made calls.”
When I said I hadn’t, she said:
“Well, then you’ve sent more SMS.”

I told her again that I hadn’t, and that I could prove it. She ended the conversation with:

“You’ve used your credit, I don’t know what else you want me to tell you,”
and then hung up the phone.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service — no investigation, no explanation, just arrogance.
