I ordered 2 small travel pouches and all was expected initially concerning the ordering process. I was given a delivery date. Package did not arrive with an alert as such. Immediately I reached out to customer services. No phone number but robot support giving a new delivery date.
The next day I get yet another email from the with a new date of delivery. All the time getting later-and later. I had such high hopes now trashed. Is there a company who takes your money able to do what they say they will do? Not life or death, but is there any standards or integrity anymore. My advice to you is when there is no phone contact really think about your next move especially if you need support. Not listing a live contact is truly a warning to the public.I will not do business with this company again and hopefully my package will truly arrive. I have no confidence at this point!

I ordered during their buy one get one free but only received one of the items. Unfortunately when the order moved to the shop app it dropped one of the items but Justine worked with me and honored my original order and the 2nd item is on its way. Thank you for being willing to honor the order without any issues.

The bags are as advertised, I bought them as gifts the recipients liked the bags but did not need them. I contacted support and was assisted promptly and completely satisfied with the return process.

I purchased the beige and black leather sling bags myself, and I couldn't be happier with them. They are the perfect size—big enough to hold my wallet, phone, sunglasses, lipstick, mints, and even my keys without feeling bulky. My family loves the product. I, initially bought two. Then two followed by two more in six weeks. I just purchased two more. Best product for everyday use. We travel and it works as advertised. When a buckle broke, customer support was fast to solve the issue.

I purchased the travel sling 2.0 regular and max and decided I did not need the regular size. I contacted Concept Global and requested a return on the regular size sling. The max sling is what I was looking for in size and the product is good quality. Concept Global immediately handled the situation and issued a refund quickly. I appreciate the customer service for handling the situation. Your customer service is amazing.

We had ordered the bags, and when they arrived, they were perfect and made of high-quality material. I loved them; however, my wife pointed out that we already ordered them 10 months ago, and I would need to return them. My failure to communicate with my wife left me in a bad spot. I reached out to customer service and explained the situation, and they understood and provided me with a full refund, and told me to keep the bags and pay it forward, which I will do... Class Act!!!

I got the sling 2.0 in max and regular. The price was good. I really like the quality. The max is a great size for storing a lot. The regular is my everyday go to. I also use the regular when I travel it’s so convenient keeping your valuables handy. I don’t like to keep anything in my pockets when I travel. Even when I go to NYC I take it all the time and it looks good too.

I thought I had clicked on the buy 1 get 1 free offer and chose beige and black but when the order went through I saw just the beige one. I tried editing the order but it would not let met. Emailed and customer service reached out and said if after I received the beige bag and if I liked it they would honor the offer. So I will take them up on that.

I purchased the larger sized travel sling bag and I’m very happy to say that I love it! I used it on my recent trip to Paris and London and it made a huge difference to my travel experience. Made of nice leather, it looks good and really liked that it fit snugly under my jacket so I always felt secure. The main compartment fit all of my basics like my phone, small sunscreen stick, tissues, comb, and chapstick. (On the big airport days it was a very convenient place to keep my passport handy too.) My credit card and some cash went into the RFID pocket in the front. My friend had a bigger purse with her o the trip that she ditched after a few days because it was too much to carry for our long days at the museums, touring and dining. Mine was much better and I highly recommend it,

We received two bags that we turned out smaller than what we needed so we decided to exchange for larger ones and the process was very easy and seamless. Justine helped us out with the process and had the replacements here in just a few days. Great customer service! Thank you, Justine!

I was a bit sceptical about ordering something from a Facebook ad and I ended up inadvertently ordering the wrong bag (it didn’t come with the same specifications as what I thought I was ordering). Customer service (specifically Justine), however, was excellent - second to none, and they couldn’t do more to help me resolve the situation. Would definitely recommend based on this experience.
