Excellent bag and secure from pickpockets.
This is an excellent bag and is safe from pickpockets even if worn outside of a jacket (or without a jacket!). Comfortable to wear all day while walking the city or touring in a vehicle. This is my second bag because my wife fell in love with my bag and took it from me!

Order never received and very poor support
I do not recommend buying from this company.
I placed order #CC304686 on 26 March 2026 and paid €53.80, but I never received the product. The delivery failed because the address was incomplete, and I contacted the company several times to correct the problem.
After many emails, they finally offered to resend the order as a priority replacement, and I immediately confirmed the correct full address. However, after that, I received no new tracking number, no real update, no refund, and no clear solution.
I had to keep chasing them again and again just to get basic information. Their communication was very slow and not helpful, and the issue remained unresolved for too long.
At this point, I no longer want the product and I am requesting a refund through PayPal.
Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend buying there.

They do not honour their 60 day returns. They simply ignore emails.
I bought 2 bags from them, both standard size. They are too small so I replied to them asking how I can return them under their 60 day returns policy. They never reply, even after repeated emails to them. What a scam.

Really love the 2.0 travel bag. Comfortable, secure, peace of mind. Will be using on all my world travels. The clip lock is great. The wire in the strap is unnoticeable and makes it cut resistant. Way less likely to get stolen. The scan protection is great. The hidden back side zip pocket is great. Love the zip clip option for extra safety. Arrived sooner than expected. Cross body bags
I bought 2 cross body bags for traveling. I gave one to my nephew and kept one for myself. I used mine on a recent trip to St Marteen. It was perfect for holding everything I needed. My passport,wallet,phone and cash all fit nicely. All of that would never have fit in my swimsuit pockets. The order was delivered faster than I expected.
I highly recommend this product.
