I bought a pair of pants but despite measuring up they did not fit. Even though returned clean with the hygiene strip intact they refuse to refund or exchange. Now they don't even answer my emails. I would avoid!

Their mens underpants were liked and preferred as the best product of its kind throughout first 3 quarters of 2025, however since November of 2025, the medium size 10 TSP has been unavailable, and there are some desperate men waiting to see if they have to find another provider. Come on Confitex, you are selling the small size , what about medium for a desperate Great grandad

Bought these for my daughter and I was really hopeful they were the answer to my drying the period pants in winter (or English summer ) conundrum. However when they arrived one of the two types I bought were way too big just from looking at them. And she definitely didn’t try them on. I wish I’d checked the refund and return policy as it states absolutely no refund and returns.
So before you buy weigh up :
No tumble dry but full confidence in refund if you make a human mistake versus able to tumble dry and no chance of returning and getting a refund.
I’m sure they’ll be a tumble dry version of the other brands out soon enough which I’ll wait for and so I’m afraid I’ll be giving Confitex a swerve in future.

I'd been looking forward to trying some period pants and thought these looked good due to the reviews. I bought the extra absorbency pants. I tried these at night, but I was waking up constantly due to feeling saturated and bulky. I changed them after a couple of hours thinking maybe that was why they felt wet, but it felt wet again str8 away. They didn't need changing as you could see only a small amount of blood- they just dont dry at all. It just felt like a drenched uncomfortable pad, and the bulk feels like I have something stuck in the back of my knickers. There is no way these absorb the same amount as 10 tampons as it states on the description ! I wrote a review on the website and it didn't get published !
I now see why they only have good reviews - they only publish the good reviews ! Dishonest and misleading.

Very bad nights sleep and very disappointed for the price. Will be buying cheaper ones elsewhere from now on.

I have used a number of product over the last 5 years including pad and pullups from leading brands

My feelings on confitex for Men is they are made from a comfy material and are very discreet that makes them perfect for every day use including going to the gym
I also felt that they looked so normal that I felt comfortable wearing them when I went out on a date with a new person as they did not have the same normal tell tail signs of being used for incontinence that pads do

The only down side I found was that I felt the pinstrip design looked a bit old fashioned for a 42 year old male but the plan ones where perfect

The sizing where a perfect fit for me and the same size I use in underware
They did not fail me once by leaking

Would like to see more plain colours added to the range

I would recommend to any male that is suffering incontinence and looking for normal looking underwear that can be used for daily life and even when meeting someone new

Excellent service quick delivery. Comfortable to wear. Easy to care for washing etc. Give me confidence while out. They are costly but compared to disposables will pay for themselves.

Confitex Men's grey, large, moderate absorbency basic briefs very comfortable and efficient for moderate leakage. Work very well - the only problem is that with the bamboo fibre padding extending at back of briefs as well as the front they are not pleasant to wear in this extended period of very hot weather. In other words they make you feel even hotter.

Seamless transaction. Quick delivery. Good innovative product. Trunks fitted well but waistband rather tight. A more flexible waistband would be welcome.

A bit dubious at first as most pants of this type are not very stylish and are slightly bulky. These pants are very light almost a second skin. Will be excellent for travelling and easy to wash and dry. Very pleased with the pants and will probably buy more. Packaging was very good and very presenatble for a present, as there was no way of knowing what type of pants they were, which does save embarrassment for some. Well pleased.

I had been hoping to find a UK supplier of washable incontinence underwear so I didn't have to keep importing from the US. Unfortunately although the lace is beautiful, the gusset is about three times as thick as a pad and three times as thick as the US undies I had replaced pads with! Feels like wearing a nappy (the opposite effect I was going for when buying lacey underwear). The elastic waistband is also very tight.

My husband loves the feel and fit of these underpants as well as the security they bring.
Customer service was excellent. Will definitely be buying more.

Tracking number provided was for a different customer so still waiting for a parcel that was advised had been delivered. Phoned company at 3pm but was advised office was closed even though the stated closing time was given as 5pm.Updated review as company quickly responded to problem and sent out another parcel .
Now very satisfied with service.

STANDING UP TO REGULAR USE VERY WELL

I had encountered the lace version of this underwear in the Expert Verdict catalogue but found you in searching. I bought the basic version with high volume. I am delighted with them. They are so comfortable and give great peace of mind. Can't praise them enough.
