I paid in advance for an airport transfer, and the driver never showed up. I was left stranded at the airport for over an hour, desperately trying to locate a driver who simply did not exist.

I repeatedly contacted the company and sent multiple emails with timestamps, photos, and detailed evidence proving that no driver arrived at the agreed meeting point. Despite this, they have failed to provide any evidence whatsoever that a driver was actually there.

Instead of helping a customer who had already paid, they ignored my evidence, delayed their responses, and have refused to process my refund.

Because of their complete failure to provide the service, I suffered unnecessary stress after a long international flight and had to arrange and pay for alternative transportation myself.

In my experience, this felt indistinguishable from being scammed. I paid for a service that was never provided, and the company has still not refunded my money.

I strongly recommend that nobody books airport transfers through this company. If something goes wrong, do not expect assistance, accountability, or customer service. Save yourself the stress and book with a reputable provider instead.

Everything went well, the trip was fast, the driver drove well, so calm. The driver spoke German very well.

Terrible.

Failed to collect us at the allocated agreed time from our villa in Cannes back to Nice airport. They let us know they wouldn’t be collecting our group of 8 five mins before the 1pm time they were due! This left us scrambling to find taxis from our villa to Nice airport in order to get our flight! Really quite abysmal I’ve never experienced anything like it previously as a frequent traveller!

So very poor.

On time - friendly - helpful. Had to change pick-up as BA cancelled our outbound flight, and Connecto changed everything very quickly.

Booking process was easy. No need for OTP for use of credit card. Driver arrived on time. He's also helpful in carrying my luggage. His driving skills were very good. I just hope that they would communicate the details (driver's name and vehicle's plate number) much earlier, with no need to call the driver.

This was the worst service I have ever received. I booked the transfer for Spain to travel from the airport to our accommodation 2 weeks in advance. I paid and everything was confirmed. Then 5 hours before our transfer was due and just as we boarded the plane I received an email cancelling the transfer. This left 2 toddlers aged 2 and 3 and 2 babies, aged 6 months and 4 months without appropriate car seats to travel in. It was terrible. I am disgusted. I phoned customer service who said they couldn’t do anything and not even dispatch an alternative means of transport. I want some sort of compensation and made a complaint via email but no one ever got back to me. Do not use unless you want to be let down!

I never received the driver contact and he only arrived 5-10m after the scheduled hour.
That said the vehicle was good and the ride was smooth.

It was very easy to book.
