Didn't Tell Us They Weren't Coming
This trip had been booked for several months and the journey from Nice Airport to Cannes was as expected. It was only until the return journey did the service leave us all completely disappointed! We had no reason to believe that we wouldn't get picked up and taken back to the airport as planned. As the pick up time was approaching we thought all was fine until we got a text to ask our flight number... which was obviously preconfirmed, months before. Then came a phone call to say that the pick up would be 90minutes later than planned, which was too late for the distance we had to travel to the airport.
AND NOW COMES MORE TERRIBLE SERVICE
the caller had said that if we arranged our own transport (which we had no choice but to do) then we would be compensated with the difference, which isn't satisfactory, but acceptable. So we booked 2 ubers, for 8 people and luggage.
Upon our return home, the offer has been retracted with the messages of apology because "the call handler didnt know" this is; poor service, poor resolution and now I have read other low reviews (which i usually take with a pinch of salt), seemingly a regular occurrence ... so what does that tell you? a transport service should be able to keep to their end of the deal, even when there is traffic or flight delays.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 😩 we booked our transfer weeks in advance and they didn’t turn up to collect us at the airport. We then received an email stating they had cancelled both transfer trips!! We had to wait ages for an airport taxi. They let us down terribly and caused a lot of upset and stress. We had to pay £74 deposit and are still waiting to receive the refund.

Good customer service
Some issues regarding the car not waiting for us at the cruise port and eventually then sent a different type of vehicle than ordered. Luckily we could all still fit in the car with luggage, though not the most comfy trip.
Sent a complaint and they offered me a full refund and future discount, so all inn all well dealt with.
Will give them another chance.

Connection to Strasbourg from Trier
While travelling in Europe we used Connecto to hire a driver from Bernkastel-kus Germany to Strasbourg, FR. Our driver was competent, timely, kind and friendly. The van was high quality and comfortable. Highly recommend their service!!!

Our lift from the airport into benidorm…
Issue was resolved. Fully refunded for the taxi fare to the airport. Ensured me this would not happen again.
Our lift from the airport into benidorm was fine however, the return was not. The police were informed by a taxi driver that the woman who was picking us up was not a legit insured driver. We were then pulled over off the police which they took our passports. After speaking to the driver for around 10 minutes we were told that the driver is not insured to carry passengers and it was a private car. We were told to get out of the car and find another form of transportation. The driver told us we would be refunded. Which we were pleased about then I received a phone call from someone apologising for what had happened and that he would pay for our trip to the airport which cost 108 euros. Sent over my details to which nothing was sent. I was then emailed and told them what had happened and got a response which stated they would look further into this and get back to me with in 2 days. Have proof of the call and email. This was a week ago now and have emailed once again. We are no further forward and has cost double what we were paying. Bit of a joke having uninsured drivers working for them. Would be cautious if you are to use this company.
