Every once and again, the remote client service doesn't start. However, I can't say for sure if it's a connectwise thing or a WINDOWS thing... other non-windows services start up fine, but as I said it's few and far between.

Solid program that I use daily
Solid program that I use daily. Works well from my work PC as well as remotely from my home PC in urgent situations. It saves me from having to run across an 85 acre campus for simple password issues, as well as remote software installations.

I have been using ConnectWise for several years now and I honestly couldn't do my job without it. The ease of use, the out of the box set of tools, and the ability to organize and group clients allows me to be 10 times more efficient.

Amazing, Reliable, and Secure
This product is a lifesaver it has cut my travel time down by 85% saving me time and money. The View option also helps as I can walk clients through how to fix minor issues without going onsite. Just amazing, reliable, and secure.
Excellent remote support toolset.
So far, everything about this application has been rock solid reliable and fast. The only issues have been on the client side, with people's internet and computer systems.
The only feature I would like to see is a method to update the Support client on a system after installed. Not access, but support.
Best remote support tool by far
Screenconnect works reliably and the performance is great. In addition, there are great extras such as backstage, which allows us to access Powershell without interrupting the user.
