I bought the Streamline mic because I was having difficulty hearing my wife at home.
I have recently been referred to have a CI but unfortunately when tested I didn't meet the criteria.
Currently I am having difficulty hearing my wife at home which is having a negative effect on our quality of life so I contacted Connevans who recommended the Streamline mic.
I purchased it a week ago and my wife wears the small mic which sends her talk directly to my earphones. The quality of contact between us is via Bluetooth direct to my earphones is now absolutely great. We have normal conversations where I don't have to ask her to repeat herself every time. The connection is very versatile and is maintained throughout our bungalow and outside. When I do loose connection it automatically reconnects. Great advice from Connevans and I wouldn't be without the mic as it has improved our life considerably.

Brought the Bellman’s door transmitter and receiver for my 94 year old mum as she is now almost deaf and was missing deliveries as could not hear door intercom.

The Bellman has made a huge difference to her day to day life as missing visitors was keeping her isolated.

Relatively straight forward to set up and no wire/drilling etc needed.

Pricey but worth the money for convenience. Fast delivery too.

My Unitron Moxi hearing aid charger pack has distorted and split, possibly due to failure of its internal battery. Your website offers both the Unitron replacement and a Phonak equivalent, both made by Sonova and sharing similar technology. Whilst I understood that Phonak offers more cutting edge technology its charger pack seems to be a third of the price of the Unitron equivalent. Ordering and paying was simple. Replacement arrived at the correct address within a few business days of my order undamaged and seems to function as intended. Entirely satisfied with the service provided.

I bought the TV connector for my daughter who is hard of hearing. The purchasing process was simple and there was good communication from Connevans regarding the order and delivery. The installation process was simple and straight forward and my daughter is very happy with the product as she now doesn't need to put subtitles on her TV. I think it will also help with hearing her Teams meetings with her colleagues as she finds it particularly to hear what people are saying.
