As an extension to our product range, we also supply a wide selection of Daily Living Aids, many of which are manufactured in the UK. The name Connevans is derived from its founders Connie and Meurig Evans who started the company in 1961. Today Connevans is run by their son David and granddaughter Laura. There are a number of other family connections within the company, such as a Mother & Daughter and a God-father & God-daughter and we have to mention the occasional 'office dogs' like Pixel & Tara! With Connevans it is not just business, it's family, just one of the many reasons why we pride ourselves on a very high level of customer service. We are delighted with the kind comments we receive on Trustpilot and if a member of our staff is mentioned by name, we always tell them and thank them.

HMRC rules are that if we were to take a verbal telephone order, we have to charge VAT, but we can offer 0% VAT on most hearing related products when ordered & paid for on our web site.

It's so easy.
Finding and ordering is easy and quicker than waiting for NHS to book an appointment, order parts and then re appointment to fit new parts. I don't mind paying for them as its cheaper than travel costs to hospital. Once you know what you need it takes minutes to order.

Bought a TV Streamer 2 from them for my…
Bought a TV Streamer 2 from them for my new NHS Danalogic Ambio S 88 hearing aids.
Delivery was very fast, everything exactly as per. The device does exactly what is needed, very very good, and longer range than any bluetooth I've used. When it does lose contact if you go out, when you come back, hold down the hearing aid button for 3 secs and you're reconnected. Move the streamer from your PC to your TV for the evening - very smooth, remembers everything. It's USB powered so getting power from each device is easy.
The customer service was top notch. I asked if this was the same device as the more expensive non-Resound version. Immediate confirmation that it is. And they are correct.
I wanted to be able to turn off the hearing aid mics when streaming while training (my trainer is v. noisy). Immediate solution, and it works.

ReSound TV Streamer 2
We were pleased with the quick turnaround on ordering the TV streamer 2 from Connevans. On receipt I was particularly pleased that it comes complete with everything that you need including the Optic fibre cable. The sound is excellent from it, the box is neat and easy to use. We had problems initially, pairing my hearing aids to it, but only because I wrongly thought that my hearing aids had to be set for closed loop. The problem resolved by setting the hearing aids to ordinary everyday setting. I would recommend the TV streamer 2, supplied through Connevans.

Excellent customer service / excellent online store
I needed a spare Signia hearing aids charger. There are several Signia chargers available so wanted to make sure I bought the correct one for my Signia Pure IX hearing aids.
I sent off an email to Connevans and immediately (!!!) had a replay asking for the serial numbers of the hearing aids so that they could make sure they identified the correct charger.
This I did and within minutes received an email with a link to the Connevans page of the charger I needed.
Buying the charger was then simple and it arrived a few days later very well packaged.
Excellent customer service.
