Owain at Conran has been quick to respond to any queries or issues I have raised. He provides quick updates and follows up diligently on open issues.

Management of my properties in SE London.
I transferred my four properties in SE London to Conran at the beginning of 2025. Since then Lucy has guided me through, and successfully organised the works required for compliance with new Selective Licences issued by the LA for two of the properties, Lucy has also liaised with the LA to ensure the works are compliant. eg Fire resistant wall between existing kitchen area and exit from the bedrooms to the street, along with the linkage of fire alarms between both flats in the building. Throughout the process Lucy has kept me fully informed. In my other two properties, Lucy has organised work required to correct a faulty shower cubical installation put in by contractors engaged by a previous agent. This had resulted in long-term, but concealed water damage which is now corrected. The contactors, over several days, even reinstalled the WC for my tenant each evening before leaving!
Throughout these works the contractors have been sympathetic and accommodated legitimate needs of the tenants. Lucy has kept me informed, as works have progressed.
After nearly 40 years managing my own properties, I at last feel able to step back from day-to-day details, but confident that I will be fully informed and brought into the process when necessary.
A face to face meeting with Lucy, and the team at their Charlton Office further boosted my confidence.
