Great, friendly service from Simon at Console Therapy. Filled out the online contact form on Sunday afternoon, had a response the same day with all the information I needed. Agreed to go ahead with the sale on Monday, parcel collected on Tuesday and payment made by Wednesday AM. The whole process was simple from start to finish! Highly recommended.

Wanted to sell my faulty Xbox One X console (Disc Drive didn't work) and so I found this site, which offered the best price for the condition of the console.

I had some further queries, so I contacted them, and it wasn't long before a response.

I was helped throughout the process, by Simon, of sending my console to them. He was consistently friendly and professional in his quick responses.

The console was collected by the courier, delivered the next day and payment was sent via paypal that same day.

I am honestly indebted to the CT Team but in particular Simon. My Xbox One X suddenly started giving me no image on my TV - it was still relatively new and everything in pristine condition. During a pandemic, where you can't go out, this was my only escape so you can imagine how stressful this was. Everyone else I tried either wanted to charge me excess or just didn't seem bothered but not CT's Simon.

A blessing, a gent and an absolute godsend. Despite issues with my collection, he was patient and offered great advice. He went above and beyond, did more than was required and it was a quick job, delivered on time.

I contacted Console Therapy as my son’s PS4 disc tray was not working and I am so impressed. Customer Service was excellent, really helpful, professional, they kept in touch throughout, the service they provided was fantastic, the console was collected, repaired and returned the same day and the cost was reasonable too. I am super impressed and can’t recommend enough. If you have any console issues, this is the company to use!

Console Therapy’s service was simply brilliant from start to finish. They were quick to respond when initially contacting them with my Xbox one x screen display issue, answered several of my questions and went out of their way to provide a same day collection, repair and drop off. I was also provided with a video of my repair, which was a great touch! Not to mention that their repair prices are the best I’ve found online, combined with the service I received, I wouldn’t look elsewhere to send my console for repair!
